Dears, dont book your room They will ruin e your trip. I stayed here for 2 days with my wife and 3 year old daughter. i just called them for confirming the same on the 1st day while check in, they told us that, only one room is available and in that room water tap is not working and requested to adjust their for one day. Since we had already paid amount there is no other options and we just accepted their request but when visited the room, it is understood that, the bathroom was so untidy and the utensil provided are also broken. When complained, they once again requested to adjust their for one night. On the next day, we went for sight seeing and in the morning they told us that, new room will be provided by evening. We accepted that. In the evening we were so tired and due to their irresponsiblity we had to take out all our belongings and shifted to a new room. The room was not with tv, whem enquired, they told that, in our booked package, tv is included. But the room doesnt have tv. I insisted to install tv in the room and the same is done by them after half an hour. Also the tap is not working new room. They are not even able to resolve that complaint too. While checkout, all these matter were informed to the manager. He cant say a word about that and accepted their fault. So in my opinion, dont book room They will completely spoil your trips hapiness.

Place stands between average & best. Lovely people at the reception. Dont miss out on Jeep Safari which is available nearby. Good place overall.

Unclean rooms, bugs inside, water issues, electric boards came out when we pulled the charger, additional bed was awful! only good thing was a good view here. Apart from that everything was bad.

We booked two rooms but hotel denied check in for second room by saying that room is under maintenance. It seems that they given the room to some other customer for higher amount. Do not book the hotel from blu haze.
