Pictured Rocks Bed and Breakfast

Had a fantastic wknd. Beautiful views from our porch. We stayed in Miners Castle with its own private entry. Spacious, bed was comfy, baths were clean and cute. Perfect for larger groups if needed. Owners were sweet, knowledgeable of good food, things to do etc..You can even go out with them on party barge. Just beautiful, serene, different way of life in the UP

We were given a very large living area with a big window ro see beautiful fall colors and sunsets. Breakfast is not being served, but the amenities more than make up for that.

The view....WOW! Lovely property with gorgeous views of Lake Superior. My husband and I stayed in the Chapel Rock room. It was very comfortable with a large bathroom and great view of the lake from the bed. This bedroom and the Grand Portal bedroom share the kitchen, dining room and living room so if you feel uncomfortable staying in a house with people you don't know, make sure you book both rooms. We were lucky that no one else booked the other room so we had all the space all to ourselves. Our favorite part was sitting in front of the window in the living room just watching the sunset. The whole place was clean and very cozy. Joanne, whom lives on the property, was such a joy to talk to. She was very informative about the area with lots of suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. She made us feel at home. It is just a short drive to downtown Munising and the Pictured Rocks. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.
