Hotel Putnik Kopaonik

I have returned to this beautiful hotel. The same quality services and professionalism from the staff. Cleaning throughout the hotel. Clean room with quality furniture, impeccable bedding and towels. Diversified half board with tasty and quality food. The pool is very clean and the water is very good. Free parking in front of the hotel. Tennis, handball, mini-football or basketball courts near the hotel. Every time I come to Kopaonik I will choose this hotel.

Clean and modern. Great time at kinderplatz. Kids had a lot of fun in a play room and pearents in the great Loby. Food was delicious. Pool and spa are clean, warm, my favorit time was at Turkish bathroom. I want to say thank you Ema from the pool, because she did grate job with my kid. Super kind and profesional. Thanks to Jovana and Veljko from restaurant we had a grate service during the breakfast as well as in the caffe.

Good hotel, good rooms, good staff, good meals, good spa BUT: - There is no elevator at the reception level - so strange - I was injured and not easy to go to the room - A la cart restaurant not serving foods at all - no information about it, neither before nor at reception - if you want to have lunch, you should go to the center, which is a 20-minute walk - Lobby bar is not working at all - again, no information about it anywhere - There are no balconies in any room - in the restaurant during dinner you could not order any drink (it has just still water)

Modern, clean hotel with an excellent Spa. We are staying here for a week as a family of 4. The staff have been on the whole very friendly and accommodating particularly on reception and in the ski rental shop. In the rental shop nothing is too much trouble, help with boot fitting. Help getting the kids ready, sorting taxis etc. The food has been ok. It is simple fair but plentiful and something for every taste. The Spa has a great pool, narrow but long so great for lap swimming. There is a hot tub, Turkish Baths and range of saunas. It is very high end for a 4* hotel. It’s akin to those in the four seasons and higher end 5*. There have been some minor annoyances. Silly really and simple to sort. 1. Tea & Coffee in the room is plentiful but no milk. You have to bring your own from the outside. Not even uht pots. 2. Hotel supplied transport to the slopes is terrible. Literally stood in the back of a transit van on a rusty spare wheel. - have taken taxis after the first day it’s an injury waiting to happen. We would stay here again. It’s a nice place with friendly staff

Confrence weekend is behind me. We had an unfortuned bad wether weekend with rain, mug and cold all the time we were there... but the hotel was very warm and cozy. Staff was very kind and friendly, always at your servise. They also, provide a shuttle servise, so no metter how far away from the center you are, they will take you down town in no time. Nice, big and clean rooms. Food exelent. I would recomend to everyone. It must be even better during the skiing season. "Sunčana dolina" is just behind so you can go skiing direcly from the hotel ...

Every time when I leave Hotel Putnik, I always have some new pleasant impressions. It is unnecessary to waste words for the location, the ambience that surrounds hotel, the always delicious food, the excellent spa and swimming pool. But I have to praise the staff, who make you feel like at home. Director Petar is doing an excellent job. Definitely the number one hotel on Kopaonik.
