Bellissima struttura con disponibilità di parcheggio. Ottimo il ristorante all’interno del casinò. Si mangia abbastanza bene a prezzi non eccessivi con molta varietà di cibo. Il casinò risulta ben organizzato con il personale molto gentile.

The hotel is quite discent regarding the rooms but in fact it is a ****** and the clients are not so well treated. I stayed there for five nights for professional reasons and I would say it was not a very positive experience. During the night drunk people knocked on my door coming back to their rooms from the ******. I have to say that they have a very good spa area and a quite good pool. If you are a gambler this is the right place. Not for families.

Hotel molto bello ,personale competente,colazione ottima. Unico lato negativo non ha una piscina all'aperto. Grande casinò, e buona spa. Complesso molto curato nei dettagli. Self service buono ed economico. Zona parcheggio buona. Consigliabile.

Sono stata recentemente in questo bar con l’intenzione di ordinare una torta, attratta dall’aspetto delizioso e dall’ottima reputazione dei dolci. Tuttavia, l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. Avevo poco tempo a disposizione e ho chiesto cortesemente se potessero prendere la mia ordinazione velocemente. Purtroppo, mi è stato risposto in modo sgarbato che non avevano tempo per me. È davvero un peccato perché le torte sembrano meravigliose e sicuramente sono anche buone, ma l’atteggiamento del personale mi ha lasciato molto insoddisfatta. Un po’ di cortesia e disponibilità in più avrebbe fatto una grande differenza. Non credo che tornerò in questo bar, nonostante la qualità dei prodotti, a causa della scarsa attenzione al cliente.

Sembra di tornare negli anni 80: moquette verde nelle camere e rossa negli ambienti comuni, grandi poltrone massaggianti a gettone e arredo in legno di dubbio gusto. La spa non è degna di essere chiamata così: una piscina con due vasche più piccole con ideo massaggio (acqua abbastanza fredda nella piscina centrale) e una sauna. Peccato che a differenza di quanto dichiarato sul sito per accedere alla sauna serviva il supplemento (16€). Comitiva molesta e chiassosa ha rovinato il nostro relax in piscina (noi 8 ragazzi tutt’altro che bacchettoni, ma schiamazzi, litigi e tuffi hanno un limite). Personale al check in lentissimo, degno del peggior ufficio pubblico italiano, ma comunque gentile. Cena self service di livello mediocre, un plus invece la colazione sempre self service in stile internazionale. Bello il casinò, ma non sufficientemente a far consigliare un soggiorno qui.

Dopo l'ultima esperienza non credo ci metterò più piede, Hotel ormai datato con tante cose da rivedere, festeggia i 30 anni...ma li dimostra tutti!!! Scordatevi una notte con la famiglia perché le camere sono solo doppie...anche se le spacciano per triple! Cuscini alti mezzo metro...improponibile dormire!! Moquette macchiata...

Essendo un giocatore di poker sono stato negli anni passati ad oggi molte volte all hotel Perla and ****** a Nova Gorica , e devi dire che il livello e sempre molto alto , pulizia e confort sono dei migliori , hanno vari ristoranti dove scegliere le varie cucine che offrono , hanno migliorato anche la ristorazione facendo una pizzeria . I servizi sono ottimi, il bar è economicissimo, il ristorante è a buon prezzo. Nel raggio di 80 km c'è molto da vedere. La cittadina è molto tranquilla, giovane, silenziosa, poco traffico, e molto verde. Un posto per scaricare la tensione
