Ein sehr schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer,sauber, modern, wunderschön, das Restaurant sehr schön, modern, luftig, speziell eingerichtet, die Küche sehr hochstehend, Sterne Küche, wir haben sehr gut gegessen, und wurden sehr gut vom Service Personal bedient. Einfach hochstehend! Besten Dank!!

+ Sehr schönes Ambiente + Sehr gutes Essen + Zimmer sauber / zweckmäßig + gutes Frühstück + Herr Vracko sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - Keine Weinkarte - Keine Preisliste für Weine bzw Getränke / intransparent - uns wurde auf der Rechnung einfach ein 3tes Menü verbucht (=100 euro) und gesagt, dass es für den Wein sei (wir waren zu zweit) - schmutzige Fenster im Zimmer - es hat leicht durch die Fenster gezogen

Das ist Essen fantastisch, mit unglaublicher Raffinesse war das Essen angerichtet! Geschmack hervorragend! Aber das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich Enttäuschend!“ Die langjährige Kellnerin war sehr unfreundlich ! Um 20 Uhr wird die Klimaanlage von ihr abgedreht in den Zimmern!

Ist das BESTE Speise Restaurant das ich kenne !!!! Hatten das 7 Gängige Menü ( 10 oder 11 wurden serviert : Sensationell !!! Das sind KEINE Köche : das sind Künstler bzw. ZAUBERER !! Mein Freund meinte : wenn er die Wahl hat " Hanger7" oder " HISA DENK"? : entscheidet sich für HISA DENK !!! Tolles Essen und TOP BEDIENUNG !!! DANKE dafür das es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis wurde 🥇🥇🥇 Freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im HISA DENK. Hatten auch 2 Zimmer gebucht : TOP Zimmer und ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück

Waren zum 1. Mal beim Hisa Denk und haben das 7 gängige Abend Menü gewählt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. das Personal sehr freundlich die Spannung vordem 1. Gang ist groß und steigt danach stetig. Ohne jetzt die einzelne ( 11 Gänge ) beurteilen zu wollen, großartig die Fischgänge, sehr gut auch Fleisch, die Art wie die Teller kommen ist ein kleines Kunstwerk. Der Michelin Stern ist absolut verdient! Als Kritikpunkt müssen sie sich allerdings die Getränke gefallen lassen. KEINE Weinkarte zu haben ist leider nicht zu akzeptieren!! Die Weinbegleitung beginnt mit 2 Weißweinen die uninteressant sind, steigert sich danach zu guten Rotweinen bis zum Strohwein zum Schluss. Jedoch stimmen hier die €85,-- pro Person leider überhaupt nicht. Ansonsten ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen, das Frühstück ist spitze, sehr liebevoll und mehr als ausreichend.

Freunde sind vom Restaurant begeistert, so buchen wir für zwei Tage ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon. Modern eingerichtet, Aircondition, Internetzugang, im ersten Stock, enge Stiege, kein Lift, keine Haustiere. Parkplätze. Für das Wochenende muss man zwei Nächte (Freitag bis Sonntag) buchen. Für unseren Wunschtermin Juli 2023 haben wir bereits im Dezember 2022 gebucht. Es ist sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch.

We had an amazing experience at Hisa Denk. The staff was so kind and helpful, they really made us feel special. They think of every little detail! The food was delicious, there wasn't anything that we wouldn't like. The plates were arranged very thoughtfully and with every bite we had an explosion of flavours that we haven't taste before. They also have a cute park with fish pond outside that you can admire, the whole atmosphere is very cosy and nice.

Stop the count! Das ist es. Es wird nicht besser werden als im Hisa Denk. Angefangen von der freundlichen Bedienung, des tollen Ambiente bis hin zu den unfassbar guten Speisen ist einfach alles ein einziges Gedicht. Absolut Empfehlenswert.
