The hotel's location is in a dilapidated building, and the roads leading to it are untarred, bumpy, and slippery on rainy days. The area is called Luxury Palace, but it felt like a hell hole. The door handles and locks were out of place, and I had to use a chair as a wedge to keep the doors locked. I didn't feel safe at all. Additionally, they didn't provide toothbrush or toothpaste. To make matters worse, I had to pay as a walk-in guest at the hotel, despite having booked and paid on Trip.com. The hotel manager blamed Trip.com for not confirming the room rates with them, but Trip's agent told me they don't set room rates. I was left confused about who was telling the truth. I asked for a receipt so i can get a refund from Trip.com, but they refused to give it. There's nothing dazzling about this hotel. If rhere's a rating below zero, I'll give it without any question. Avoid Dazzle hotels and apartments at all cost!
