orrendo ho pernottato due notti pagando 60€ a notte + 24 € di colazione quindi 12 al giorno per la colazione dove mi aspettavo una super colazione e invece ringrazio il lidl di fronte altrimenti non avrei potuto mangiare dato che alle 7.40 di mattina non c’era nemmeno un cornetto solo salsicce salame eccc la stanza era sporca ho dovuto cambiare gli asciugamani perché erano macchiati di sangue in più sono entrati due persone mentre ero a dormire in stanza ok il prezzo basso ma questo non vuol dire che non ci deve essere pulizia eccc

Houve muito barulho depois da meia-noite. As pessoas do quarto vizinho falavam muito alto, gritando, e não tem isolamento acústico entre os quartos. Ou seja, você ouve a briga de casal todinha, até o fim. Não recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém, principalmente quem precisa acordar cedo no dia seguinte. A noite não tem recepção, ou seja, você não tem o que fazer..

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti al prezzo di 560€,ci aspettavamo per questo prezzo un servizio impeccabile come minimo. Dopo essere tornate in camera abbiamo trovato un letto fatto e l’altro no, probabilmente la signorina delle pulizie si è offesa per l’asciugamano sul letto, troppo difficile da spostare. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati anche se usati e messi per terra. Non torneremo mai più, oltre alla maleducazione del personale i muri sono fini e abbiamo sentito gente fare le loro cose tutta la notte. Il letto fatto aveva un capello e una ciglia. Se avete voglia di passare dei bei momenti non prenotate mai qui.

Hotel in una posizione comoda e silenziosa non molto distante dal centro 10 minuti a piedi per prendere la metro che ti porta dritto in centro. I pro: - letto comodo - silenzioso - posizione tranquilla e pratica - personale gentile Basterebbe poco per migliorare l’hotel - 2 decorazioni - attenzione al cliente in più - frigorifero in camera - delle tende oscuranti. Con questi accorgimenti ed una colazione inclusa sarebbe davvero il massimo.

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza in questo hotel per due notti in occasione di un concerto. Uno dei pochi punti a favore della struttura era che si poteva facilmente raggiungere con i mezzi, del resto un disastro… La camera era piccolissima, il bagno ancor di più. Coperte, lenzuola, federe e persino il pavimento erano macchiati e sporchi. Per due volte hanno bussato le donne delle pulizie mentre eravamo in camera e, nonostante entrambe le volte avessimo detto che sarebbero potute passare a breve, non sono più tornate. In bagno appena arrivate c’erano due rotoli di carta igienica, uno già usato da qualcun altro perché era visibilmente più piccolo dell’altro (che invece era nuovo). La camera non si poteva chiudere a chiave, e spesso si sentivano rumori di persone andare e tornare durante la notte. I muri sono davvero sottili, dunque si sentivano anche le persone tossire… Le finestre sono prive di tende e le tapparelle che ci sono non impediscono alla luce del sole di entrare. Ultimo tasto dolente: la reception non vede la porta d’ingresso, bensì si trova in uno stanzino poco più avanti, quindi chiunque può entrare e uscire senza essere visto. Sconsigliato.

I travel a lot around the world and stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst hotel I ever stayed. In 4 nights that we stayed, the room was never cleaned except once, the towels were never changed except once because we went to complaining with the receptionist. The room amenities were very poor, no tea & coffee facilities and no mini bar. The TV is there for nothing, only very few German channels. We paid €70 per night without breakfast, the breakfast was extra & cost €12 that it is expensive when you see what they serve for breakfast. For sure I will avoid this hotel in the future.

100% the worst hotel I have stayed in. Upon arriving at the hotel the staff were not the most welcoming and upon arriving at our room it was clear it was basic and no amenities at all ( 1 pillow and a thin duvet), lighting was dingy and bathroom very basic. Unfortunately the room next to us ruined our stay. Screaming and shouting all night, as well as a strong smell of tobacco seeping through our room. The welcoming booklet advises that reception is manned 24 hours a day. This is not true. We were awoken at 02:30 am so we went down to reception to complain about the noise, and reception was locked with the lights off. The following morning we went to to reception and complained about the noise all night. This was not resolved. staff did not offer any help and we are highly disappointed. would not recommend this stay at all. We will not be visiting again.

A simple city hotel in a relatively central location. The hotel is kept really simple, the rooms are nicely designed at first glance (color scheme, beds made). At second glance, it is noticeable that it is already quite shabby. There are small blemishes that can certainly be fixed without much effort. In the bathroom, for example, there is a small shelf/shelf in the shower for personal things, the shelf and the table were scratched, which can certainly be easily fixed. The bathroom door was also swollen, which just doesn't look nice. What really bothered us is how incredibly poorly soundproofed it is here. You could really hear the conversations of the room neighbors without any effort or watch the TV program. That was actually a big problem, since there is obviously a lot going on at night and we were roused from "sleep" by something on average every 45 minutes. All in all a very basic budget city hotel in a good location.
