I have truly enjoyed my 3 times long term stay at this place. The building is located in the best area of Munich and all the 4 ladies in the administration are lovely, very professional, hospitable, cooperative, friendly and kind...and this is what made my stay most enjoyable. Right outside the building is a bus station, subway is also only 2 bus stations away (walking distance actually) which makes it very efficient to reach to any other main areas of the city in less time. For me the most important thing has been the comfort of a barrier-free accessible apartment. I have traveled so much, stayed at so many places, but I have never enjoyed such a perfect low kitchen in any accessible apartment. I like to cook by myself and this was a very comfortable experience. I loved the modern heating system in this apartment too. It makes it very cozy especially in winters. And the apartment also has a good air-conditioning for hot summer days in Munich. The house keeping service is also very good, the rooms are being cleaned once a week along with the change of towels and the best part is house keepers are always smiling and greeting the guests with good energy. I felt totally at home and always enjoyed random nice discussions with the admin ladies as I was passing up the office. They always made me feel at home, always took great care of my needs and always made sure they cooperate to their fullest, in all matters! I highly recommend this place!

Good presentation and comfortable if you are going to work in Munich for a few months. They clean your room once a week and you have a room to wash clothes and one to exercise. The rooms are safe and quiet, perfect to rest from the busy day.
