Ein sehr modernes, angenehmes 3* Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Es ist top gelegen und die Buslinie 55, 139 und 155 halten direkt "vor der Tür". Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Frau war für 5 Tage als Gast wärend meiner OP vor Ort. Ich konnte leider nur 2 Nächte die Annehmlichkeiten eines guten Bettes und einem hervorragenden Frühstück genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich eingerichtet und das Bad glänzt mit einer großen Dusche. Nicht so schön ist es, dass die Zimmer nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Die Zimmer ohne Mittagssonne liegen zur sehr stark befahrenen Straße, was es fast unmöglich macht bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Schließt man das Fenster ist es angenehm ruhig. Lieber ein Zimmer nach hinten nehmen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per vacanza. Situato in periferia in zona tranquilla, con fermata di autobus proprio di fronte e metropolitana a 10 minuti (20 a piedi). Dispone di un piccolo parcheggio ma si trova posto anche nei dintorni. Camera moderna, con bagno essenziale (un pochino piccolo), con letti comodi e molto pulita. Nel mio periodo di soggiorno (agosto 2024) non era presente aria condizionata ma in camera era presente un ventilatore (mai usato). Colazione molto varia. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Ho avuto una piccola emergenza e mi hanno fornito tutto l'aiuto possibile.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was just great. Staff was friendly and available at all times. Breakfast was classic buffet... simple and delicious. Room was facing towards garden and was quiet and nice to sleep. Only thing that is missing is Air conditioning. When we were staying it wasn't so hot but during hot summer days that could be a problem.

Excellent hotel, extremely courteous and attentive staff. Located in a quiet residential area. There are some typical Bavarian restaurants within walking distance. Parking on site. Really convenient quality/price ratio. Very spacious room and impeccably clean.

I really liked staying at this hotel. It is located outside of city center , but there is a bus you can take to Ost Banhoff. I liked very much the room , the food at breakfast and the service of hotel's staff. I noticed this hotel is very demanded , so it is recommended to book it in advance

It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. It's in a relatively quiet area with a village atmosphere but is also very well connected to Munich's excellent and efficient transport system. The hotel is clean and bright and rooms are nicely designed with balconies. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely shady courtyard off the breakfast area which is very welcome in in the hot weather. There are 2 very good bakeries & a large supermarket all within a stone's throw and a lovely little tree-lined stream enhances the village feel. There are also 2 good restaurants/beer gardens a few minutes walk away. The key though is the staff. It is family run and I was treated like a friend of the family. All the staff I met, including the cleaner and the breakfast organiser were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Of course, if you stay in a hotel in Perlach, you are not staying in the center. But if you walk for a good 10 minutes, you can reach the subway or the S-Bahn and get to the city center quickly. By car (taxi) you can also get from the center to the hotel quickly after rush hour. But it is more ideal if you have business in the east of the city. The rooms are modern, new and practically furnished, the bathrooms are small but functional and adequate. The bed is very good, comfortable bedding. Good soundproofing. Very decent breakfast. Reasonable price and immaculately clean. There is no luxury anywhere, but you can spend a quiet and pleasant night here.
