The location of the hotel is very good. It is connected to a large shopping mall near the exhibition ground and the station is also next to it.
The room is relatively simple. There is no table to use the computer. The mirror is only in the bathroom. There is no mineral water or kettle.

It was close to the convention where the academic conference was held and it was nice to have various shopping malls.

The breakfast is OK, the room is well soundproofed, but the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition. There is a parking lot on the second floor underground, but it is charged. I feel it is not appropriate to charge parking fees even though I am staying in the hotel. It is 25 euros a day. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are two supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. 8 kilometers away from the city

Im Vergleich zu anderen Motel One Hotels deutlich schlechter. Die Parkgarage ist APCOA geführt und zeigt nicht an ob das eigentlich ausgeschilderte Motel One Parkdeck voll ist. Bis man das nicht ausgeschilderte zusätzliche Parkdeck ausfindig gemacht hat muss man bereits 1,80 € für die Ausfahrt aus dem überfüllten aber bei Einfahrt als 'offen' gekennzeichneten Bereich zahlen. Keine Anbindung an den Fahrstuhl in UG 3, man kann seinen Koffer über das Treppenhaus ins EG schleppen und dann zunächst das Gebäude verlassen und rechts über den Haupteingang ins Hotel zu gelangen.

Perfekt für Messebesuch: Personal wirklich nett und hilfsbereit, egal ob Empfang, Zimmer-/Reinigungsserbice oder beim Frühstück. Bett bequem, ruhig, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, aber nicht übertrieben. Habe mich wohlgefühlt.

I'll start with the positive. This place is ideally situated if you're going to attend an event at Munich Messe. The other good news is that the rooms are a reasonable size. Now for the however. There are no drawers to put clothes in, nor are there any tea or coffee facilities in the room and there's no mini fridge if you want to bring your own drinks in. As I was there on a wok trip I needed to work on a laptop which threw up more concerns. The onyl table in the room was a small circular one and the only chair was low, all of which doesn't make for a comforatable or, indeed, ergonomic working position. At the risk of sounding really miserable the bedding made me itch at night too. Things didn't get any better with breakfast either. Firstly, it is served in the bar area, whcih is fine if you can get a 'regular' table and chair but there're in short supply. I ended up perching on the edge of a large recling chair hoverign over another low table. You can forget a hot breakfast too; it's a cold buffet or nothing.
