Min from the train tracks. The hotel is clean, reception is friendly and explains everything well in good English. Room was very large for a city center hotel.

The hotel is close enough to walk to Marienplatz, where the new town hall is located, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.
The staff at the front desk were very kind and explained to us how to use the facilities in a clear and detailed manner. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable stay!
The room was also very clean and we had a pleasant stay.
The only thing that was a bit off was that the partition in the shower space didn't close properly and kept opening by itself, so I had to hold the door down with one foot while taking a shower to prevent water from splashing out.

SUPERLATIVE Hotel Location!!! All types of transport within walking distance including an underpass to cross from one side to the other where there are also many shops!!! The rooms I would say are a bit old but overall functional!!! The area for a woman is not the best especially in the evening. I stayed here on a solo trip in December.
The location was great, the room was clean, and amenities (pods, tea, coffee, etc.) were provided, so I was able to relax in my room.
The shower had good water pressure and temperature, so I had no complaints.
I was also impressed that there was someone at the reception 24 hours a day.
On the first day, I forgot my power adapter for Germany, but when I asked the receptionist, they kindly lent me one.
I arrived in Germany late, and the electronics stores were closed, so I couldn't go shopping, so this was very helpful.

When I first checked into the hotel, there was blood on the paper in the trash can, and when I took a shower, I found a blood stain in the middle of the bath towel, which was disgusting. The water they provided was in small glass bottles, and they only provided a limited amount per day.
