가족 온천여행으로 이번에는 문경 STX리조트로 왔는데 비가 너무 많이 내려서 산속 깊속히 있는 리조트가는 멋진풍경 하나도 못봐서 아쉬웠어요
리조트가 꽤 오래되어 겉은 많이 낡아 있는데 비해 객실은 청소도 잘 되어있고 침구류도 너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요
나 그런데 산토리니 스파는 별로 좋지 않았어요
바데풀 온도는 전화로 안내받은 온도는 35도정도였는데 막상 들어가보니 2~3도는 낮은듯 해서 자쿠지랑 건식사우나 다니는데 사람들이 어찌니 많은지 앉을 자리도 부족했어요
또 스파에 안마기는 뭐 하나 제대로 작동되는게 없고 물은 엄청나게 더러웠고 실내관리 하는사람도 없고 물온도 체크도 하지 않아요 샤워실 있는 탈수기는 고장나서 한대로 사람들이 줄서서 사용하고 누구 하나 정리하는 사람도 없고 락커룸 바닥에는 온통 물이고 치우는 사람 하나도 없고 이런줄 알았으면 산토리니 스파는 이용하지 않았을꺼에요
그거 빼고는 다 좋았어요 점심 먹은게 잘못된건지 속이 안좋았는데 프론트에 얘기하니 소화제 제공받았어요 이런 서비스는 잘 되어있었어요
전반적으로 많이 아쉬웠고 다음에는 방문하고 싶지 않아요
