It's far from the Borobudur Temple and it takes a long walk (about 260 yen for grab), so the location is 3 points, but the hotel itself is service, cleanliness, food (cheap), Both the facilities (you can also see YouTube in ＴＶ) were highly evaluated.
I think it is a little high price range around Borobudur, but it is recommended if you want cleanliness.

Small but clean room and satisfactory service, friendly, can refill drinking water, there is a mini canteen in the lobby, simple breakfast but tastes quite good. Too bad the shower is only on top, not with a handle that can be held. There is also a welcome drink. Friendly staff. Can borrow an iron. The blanket is a bit stained but does not smell. Outdoor car park so prepare an umbrella. Everywhere is close, just walk to the market, temple, interesting restaurants, vanlith, Romo Sanjaya, Mission Museum, cafe, etc.
