Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc

Had dirty bowels, asked for new ones , bought out new ones, they were dirty! When told staff, didn't seem to care. This was Monday Dec 11th 2023 8ish. Little disappointed.

This was my second stay at this location and I was very pleased both times. The staff(front desk) greeted everyone as the entered the door, my room was excellent, very clean and I love the decor in the hotel. My #1 choice of stay for this area.

The hotel is updated, clean and comfortable EXCEPT for the very noisy heating and air conditioning system. My co-workers had the same complaint. I've travelled a lot and never heard such a loud system. Leaving the fan running wasn't an option as it was so loud I couldn't sleep or even watch tv. Breakfast was decent and like that you can purchase expresso drinks made to order at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, a Family Funeral brought us to this Hyatt Place for the first time. We only stay at Hyatt Properties due to consistent service and cleanliness expectations...the consistency between all properties is exceptional! We were so pleasantly surprised at this Hyatt Place, and I have to say, this property will be the one by which I judge all others. Great Staff and Service, combined with an expertly maintained property make this Hyatt Place a 'Go-To' destination for us! Way to go! The Breakfast and Breakfast Service Staff was best EVER! I have stayed at many properties with Breakfast provided, and this was hands-down BEST EVER! Congratulations to the Breakfast Staff...WOW! WOW! WOW! Thank you for helping ease the pain of an unfortunate circumstance. Thank You!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was really good; hash browns, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and pastries. The room was large and had two comfortable queen beds and a pull out sofa. The water pressure in the shower was very strong.

Not worth the price. They failed to refresh the room daily, make the bed or replace dirty towels, though a card in the room stated that the room would be "refreshed " when they failed to replaced dirty towels and were asked, the desk staff claimed this was their policy...a non answer. The "free breakfast service, was repetitive, boring and of marginal quality lacking taste. Dried out scrambled eggs every day, microwaved bacon. No special baked goods, only supermarket style donut holes. The hotel boasts a bar in the lobby. This is a nice plus if it didn't attract rowdy locals.

Comfortable room and friendly service, offset by inadequate cleaning and unsavory breakfasts.  A hotel in the USA that charges $226 a night should do daily cleanings with fresh towels.  Putting the onus on the guest to have to request these services is absurd. As is the rationale that this practice helps the environment.  Similarly, a breakfast area with cramped seating, tasteless food and adult as well as children dining in their pajamas is not in the least appealing.

Best place to stay in the area! Whwther vacation or business this is the place to stay, Good breakfast and some good food options at the bar. Rooms and bathromms are excellent and bed is very comfortable! I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

The location was great just off the freeway but very quiet. Meijer. Coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance
