The room was too costly as compared to the facility. At that price you can expect a decent 3 star hotel at least. The room was good, clean, parking was sufficient but it was too costly.

Service was not good as many follow ups were required. Also welcome attitude was not goos as i had ton-wait for getting proper room.

Hotel was great & service was awesome. They even managed to get the breakfast for us during strike across pune. Staff is polite & timely service was provided. Just note that only deluxe category is available on booking whereas they also have luxury category which is not available online.
