Good and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Very nice room and comfy beds.

Room was 75 degrees when I walked in. I tried to turn it down, but the thermostat displayed a message that I was locked from changing it. I called the front desk and was given a simple “I’ll open it up and fix it for you” without any kind of time frame. A half hour later, I walked to the front desk and asked for a different room. That request was not acknowledged and I was given another “I’ll fix your thermostat when I have a chance.” It’s now been about 2 hours since my initial request and my room is only getting hotter. At this point, the room feels unusable. If you’re at all heat-sensitive like I am, this hotel is really not for you. Additionally, the bathroom doesn’t feel particularly clean. The wallpaper along the bottom of the shower is caked in orange/pink bacteria and the shower head is coated in lime scale. Also, the bed is far too firm for my liking. Lastly, I was prominently placed in a room right next to the ice machine and the outside air conditioning units (the ultimate irony given how hot my room is) that is also right along a noisy, active train track. I stay in a lot of hotels each year, but this one is by far among the worst I’ve ever stayed in. I know it’s conveniently located but I strongly recommend against staying at this hotel if it’s at all avoidable.

Not good Couldn't get room service to clean or get any towels and wash clothes. Asked cleaning people and wouldn't give me none until they cleaned unoccupied rooms. Stayed in a lot of places. Not worth the price. Overall nice but wouldn't recommend.

Wow! Just awesome. Came in Sunday same day as Indy 500. I booked third party. Parking was free and plenty of spaces. It was behind the hotel in a covered parking garage with elevators. So I check In and a lovely night manager with the prettiest long braids I had ever seen greeted me. She was so pleasant and we talked a bit about Nashville and different areas. I think she is a jack of all trades as the next time I saw her she was manning the bistro area! Kudos to her for being multiple task employee! She alone was just outstanding. Was able to accommodate some requests I had. Now I was on the 6th floor 6122 I was worried about the train noise. There was no need to worry. I slept right thru it. Kind of sounded like an ac unit came on. Room was beautifully appointed. Shower everything was nice. Now the cons. Bed was rock hard. That was the only con. I normally sleep on a hard bed but lately I have needed softer due to some health concerns but it’s all good. Pillows were various degrees of soft mid and a little stiffer. They were very clean I could smell the laundry soap. They smelled really good. Clean floors sometimes I walk around in bare feet and this time I was able too even tho it isn’t a constant for me. So it passed the bare foot test. I did have the bistro I got a burrito and orange juice. It was 15$ with a tip added. Not impressed there but hey you pay for convenience. Over all I would happily stay again booking online saved me an about $20 per night. Stay here it was worth it!
