Очень плохой менеджмент бассейна - два года назад было чисто и приятно. Сейчас впускают кучу людей одновременно, раздевалка узкая, темная и грязная. Уборшица при мне зашла и мыла пол, потом мыла грязную тряпку в раковине для клиентов, этими же руками мыла другие поверхности. Почему не смените свет? Почему так неудобно- нет лавок, одежда верхняя падает с крючков, мест очень мало, зачем впускать одновременно 10-15 человек? Стало хуже гораздо чем было в 23 году.

in prossimità del mare, struttura semplice, sala colazione anonima con buffet gustoso. Camera ampia, bagno moderno. Check-in abbastanza rapido, ho potuto fornire fotocopie dei passaporti anziché raccoglierli. Quando siamo ritornati dopo il tour la camera era abbastanza grande, con bagno rimodernato. Wifi gratis in tutte le stanze

From airport pickup to drop-off on the airport and all in between was taken great care of the staff. ,staff was very polite. Very helpful and friendly staff, plus the swimming pool and sauna was a nice add on and the temperature in the pool was great. I liked the location of the hotel It was near the beach . Inside the hotel building has its own restaurant, supermarket, boutiques. really helpful. Panoramic window of the room with sea view was amazing. Panorama restaurant at 8th floor was really perfect. Disliked · Breakfast was disappointing. I was not satisfied with the breakfast. There was little variety and there was no fresh bread for breakfast. The breakfast quality was not at all acceptable for a 5-star hotel, it was at the level of a 3-star hotel The only positive point of the breakfast was the presence of a professional coffee machine.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность персоналу и администрации отеля !!! Всё на высоте! Чистота в номерах, в местах общего пользования, шикарные завтраки, хорошее отношение. Бар пополненяли каждый день входит в стоимость! Бассейн и сауны, это что то! Народу не много, но всё работает в обычном режиме! Завтраки.... Мммм, это незабываемый ощущения! Из минусов, нет балконов, с сушкой вещей сложновато. Но есть прачечная, всё по стирают и посушат! Поздно узнали. Верю, надеюсь и жду, что когда нибудь вернёмся к вам!!!! ❤ С огромным уважением Ваши благодарные туристы из г. Екатеринбург! ❤❤❤

Въехали в 13:00, оформились, на ресепшене сообщили, что заселение в 14:00, сейчас время 15:05 мы с двумя детьми 2 года и 5 лет (одному из которых не здоровится) сидим в лобби. В 14:00 сообщили, что время ожидания полчаса, в 14:30 время ожидания даже не стали сообщать. Предполагаю, что оплата будет производиться в полном объеме, несмотря на задержку. Печально, что никто не торопит процесс.

остановился во время командировки. отель расположен минутах в 10 ходьбы от набережной. хороший, просторный номер. везде все кондиционируется. на цокольных этажах есть магазины одежды, косметики и супермаркет, также там есть и банкоматы и что важно Сбербанковский, в котором можно с карты МИР снять тенге по хорошему курсу (в конце августа 22года 7,5т за 1 р). завтраки хорошие. единственным минусом для меня было отсутствие утюга для глажки. в результате в первый день мне пришлось одеть поло на деловую встречу, а во второй день устроить небольшой скандальчик, чтобы утюг все таки в номер дали. персонал говорил, что на утюги нынче очереди... и что мы обязательно принесем. после очередной дозы недовольства утюг таки принесли. что самое интересное, когда я его выставил в коридор он простоял там не меньше часа... в общем ребята, наведите порядок. в остальном все хорошо. бассейн на 8 этаже, там же панорамный ресторан. есть хамам, сауна и спортивный зал с тренажерами и свободными весами. в целом позитивно.
