Здравствуйте. Нам подарили сертификат на семью на 2 ночи в Риксос. Заранее знали что очередь большая, решили заранее регистрацию сделать,так эту регистрацию 4 дня делали в Риксосе. Выдали номер 1311, капец тепло не регулировалась на автомате, через какое-то время повышалась 38.5 невозможно было дышать, тем более дети были, периодически отключили и снова включали. И так всю ночь мучились супругом, сообщили ресепшен и сервиз рум, никакой реакции. И даже не предложили номер поменять. ТВ не работает тоже сообщали. Ресепшен обещали ИТ специалиста отправит. За 2 дня не пришел ИТ специалист. А остальное в принципе все в норме.

В Отеле были с семьей ,были на караоке шоу ,очень понравилась Райгуль ,очень хорошо справилась со своей работой ,помогала каждому ,кто был на караоке с выбором песни ,лично я желаю ей счастья и достижений на работе ,очень понравилась мероприятие караоке и дискотека 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍
