Everything was great! 1 day was really not enough:() 3 days in this hotel will be 👍🏻👍🏻🔥🔥🔥!!! Шикарное новогоднее шоу для детей! Молдир супер ведущий, молодец!!! Очень харизматичная и веселая. Все продуманно и дети счастливы!!! Всем рекомендую 😍😍😍!!! Кидс краб отличный !!! В остальном все тоже хорошо, но людей много, это создает немного дискомфорт

Добрый день. Пишу объективный и по пунктам отзыв, так как я работаю в сфере отелей и ресторанов более 6 лет, ожидания от данного отеля и его статуса не оправдались. 1. На ресепшене встретил молодой человек, точно не вспомню на Р имя, не приветливый, зная что у нас в этот день два именинника даже не поздравил, не вежливо общался не улыбался, и не отвечал на вопросы. 2. Когда поднялись в номера, мы сняли 3 номера на 2 этаже, были большой семьей взрослых. В коридоре была грязь на стенах , похожая на красные разводы в виде крови. 3. В моем номере были разбитые двери, мусорное ведро сломанное, пыль где чай и кофе… дверь в туалет не закрывалась только на замок сразу, язычок в двери был сломан… 4. Когда мы отдыхали у бара, официанты одеты не по стандарту, уровня такого отеля недопустимо работать в кроссовках, с яркими волосами и неглаженной одеждой. Все это создает ощущение дешевого отдыха.. санатории и то лучше. 5. Что касается спа, бани, хамам все хорошо, за исключением бассейна, с хлоркой переборщили, жгло глаза, и перчило во рту. Это опасно нужно следить.. тошнило потом 6. Ну и за деньги что люди платят в баре круглый год должен быть алкоголь премиум хотя бы 3-5 позиций, а не тот что можно купить в любом магазине за 5000 теньге(( Вообщем из плюсов, красивые виды, море, бани, хамам, готовят хорошо … остальное чувствуется экономия на гостях. 3 звезды и точно не All in collusive((
