Berbat Hizmet, Sıfır Hijyen – Sakın Gelmeyin! Bugün oğlumla birlikte Sivas Termal Otel’e günübirlik havuza geldik. Daha girişte rezalet başladı. Havuzlar pis, hijyen sıfır! Büyük havuza altı bezli çocuklar giriyor, kimse müdahale etmiyor. Personel dışarıda sigara içmekten başka bir şey yapmıyor. Aç olduğumuz için restorana geçtik. Restoranda kimse yok, lobiye sorduğumuzda “hemen ilgileniyoruz” dediler. Genç bir garson geldi, oğluma hamburger, kendime Sivas köfte söyledim. 20 dakika sonra yemek geldi. İçecek olarak kola istedik, Sarıyer gazoz getirdiler. Kola istemiştim deyince, “soğuk değil” diyerek geçiştirdi. “Tamam, bari ekmek getir” dedim. Garson gitti, tam 13 dakika yoktu! Bu sürede ekmek gelmediği gibi, köfte de buz gibi oldu! Yağları donmuş, lezzet sıfır. “Bu yemek böyle yenmez, kaldırın” dedim ama ne gelen oldu ne ilgilenen. Hesabı ödemeye gelince ise hiç utanmadan getirdiler! Sivas Termal Otel tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Hijyen yok, hizmet sıfır, ilgi alaka hiç yok! Sakın gelmeyin, paranıza da zamanınıza da yazık!

Sivas termal otel.daha önce gelmiştik ama bu sefer bayramda çok keyifli güleryüzlü personel ile daha hijyen ve yenilenmiş yüzleri gördük.abaence sivas ta böyle bir tesis olması çok güzel ve başarılı gerçekten tebrik ediyorum.Tekrar en kısa sürede geleceğimizi belirtmek istiyorum.Doğa ile baş başa termal su aquaparklı açık ve kapalı yüzme havuzu çocuk havuzu özellikle tuz mağarası ve vip taş hamam çok iyiyidi .Aile,arkadaş her kesimle eğlenmeye doyamacağınız termal.Hizmetlerinizden dolayo çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Yeni evlendim balayı için 2 günlük pratik olsun diye karaca termali seçtik ilk giris yaptığımız gün verdikleri odada telefon ve televizyon çalışmıyordu oda pisti ne havlu ne bornoz terlik hiç biri yoktu klozet tahret musluğuna kadar bozuktu banyo odaya kadar su taştı balayı için değil bedava misafir etseler mümkün değil kapısından geçmem daha 2 günlük 9600 TL para aldılar ben bu rezaletten dolayı mecburiyetten bir gün konaklayip ertesi gün ayrılmak istedim geriye kalan 1 günlük konaklama ücretimi.istedim biz veremiyoruz dediler haklı saklı yapalım dediler birdaha mümkün olmayan bir otele neden haklı saklı yaptırayım dedim paramı istiyorum dedim kesinlikle yardımcı olmadılar param boşu boşuna yandı kesinlikle gitmeyin girdiğiniz saat pişman oluyorsunuz geride paranızı alamıyorsunuz

schlecht geschultes Personal!
Trotz gebuchter Halbpension wollte man uns nicht ins Restaurant zum Dinner lassen, erst nach langer Diskussion. Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und Aschenbecher waren vorhanden obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Beim Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt!

its all amazing , everything was great , they have a great variety in the buffet , the room is wide and clean , the staff are so friendly, AND SPEAK ENGLISH :) Finally I found a hotel with ENGLISH speakers , The only problem I had is that the hotel has No A.C , But anyway Sivas weather is always cold

I believe this is the best place in Sivas , Very nice place, Very Friendly staff, and Finally I found English speakers in the Hotel ,

Otelde yemeklerde çeşit çok azdı. Misafir sayısıyla orantısız yemek çıkıyor yetersiz yapılıyordu. Patatesli pide veya patates dilimi için bile aşevi, öğrenci yurdu gibi sıra bekleniyordu. Durumu insanlar defalarca ilettiler ancak geçiştirildi. Havuzlarda ısıtma yapılmadı. Çocuk havuzu bile buz gibiydi. Sorduğumuzda ısıtma arızalı onarılacak denildi geçiştirildi. En son bundan fazla ısıtılamaz dendi. Kimse kullanamadı nerdeyse. Hamamda ve odalarda bile sıcak su verilmedi. Junior suite diye kaldığımız odada alaturka tuvaletten lağım kokuyordu. Banyoda tavandan su damlıyor ve sıcak su nadiren oluyordu. Su bile koyulmamıştı. Hem yemek hem havuz böyle hayal kırıklığı olunca erken çıkmak ve kalmadığım gün için iade istedim olmaz dediler. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum paranıza yazık.
