nothing special .just normal, not much food around , near airport .

Great service with decent location and rooms, breakfast options need to be better

Clean comfortable convenient, excellent staff attitude always a pleasant stay

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

It was fantastic. Good food, nice rooms and very friendly personal. Very comfortable hotel near the airport . I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Mumbai. Whatever question you have it can be arranged without any problem.

The place is great nice and warm ambiance. All of the staffs are hospitable, food is incredible and always fresh. The house keeping staffs are very accommodating and very punctual especially yeajul and his manager siddesh. I recommend this hotel very much.

Do not rely on hotel reservation confirmation. They cancel reservation at last moment. This happened with me and illogical excuse given by reservation person and please reconfirm prior to reach hotel otherwise they will leave you with no option.

Akash K was fantastic in his house keeping and did an amazing job. Made sure the linen was clean and room was kept well. He even deep cleaned the room as per my need and requirement. He has been fantastic and would be happy to go back to stay with Mirador

The location is good. Food is good. Hotel is worn out, tired, filthy and not maintained well. One morning the whole hotel had not hot water until the evening! Bathroom is poorly designed with a wet area with a three quarter length shower curtain which doesn’t stop the water from drowning the rest of the bathroom. The shower curtain also touches the toilet bowl and was stained. The sink was filthy and damaged from use, it needed replacing. The whole bathroom needs refurbishing from scratch. All three rooms we had were the same. Our telephone didn’t work so we had to keep going down to reception. We must of asked about a dozen different times for the phone to be replaced/fixed. It wasn’t completed even though we were there for 3 full days.

Yeajul is a very good staff and he keeps everything clean while he provides room service and I know if The Mirador hotel keeps such kind of staff definitely it will add more value to the staff productivity. I appreciate Yeajul's behaviour and manner and will recommend to hotel to promote staff like Yeajul.

Spent 6 days for s training.. Amazingly kept washrooms - dry and clean. By Rajkumari Vermaji. The vegan food made by the kitchen folks and every care taken. This has been a 10/10 experience. Thank you. The overall experience has been great....
