Wooden villa 2012 restored from a historic storage magazine, the ground floor living room, kitchen, utility room, shower room, bedroom with 2 beds, a glazed terrace and open terrace.
Upstairs bedroom with a double bed and one bed, a large bedroom with 4 beds.
Downstairs there is a air source heat pump and a wood burning stove in the kitchen.
Separate lakeside sauna (wooden stove). Bathrobes are included in the price during winter season.
Villa and a lakeside sauna located on a sunny pine-covered hillside. In front of the villa is a patio with garden furniture. On the shore there is a fire place and sitting area near the pier.
Close to good jogging and skiing tracks, berry and mushroom picking areas. Lake is rich in fish and clear watered.
During winter 7 kick sleds included in the rent. Wireless internet connection (fiber optic). Owner rents hot tub from the beginning of April until the end of October, if there is no frost. Owner rents also 2 sup-boards.
