Charming, cozy, vintage house located in the historic Silver Valley.

House was clean and well decorated. They had most of the items on-hand needed to make our stay easy. Big props for a wide selection of spices in the cupboard! Could have used some sandwich bags and or cling wrap. If they were there, we couldn’t find them, but we also didn’t ask the host and just made do with what we had available. Bathroom had plenty of hot water for 4 adults to shower. Bath tub could use a little traction on the bottom of the basin to help prevent slipping. Also, we couldn’t find bar soap and only an Old Spice 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner for hair. Other than those few minor quibbles, the kitchen had all the stuff we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, heat and cooling was perfect and ample space for the 4 adults and two kids in our party. Watch out for the grouchy neighbor if you park on the street opposite the driveway, though! Not a reflection on the property, but a warning for those arriving with more than one vehicle.

Back stairs are very steep, not friendly if anyone in your group has any physical limitations. Structure seemed to have some potential foundation issues or foundation settling, as evidenced by large cracks in the breakfast nook walls and slanting of the floor/structure. We rented for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night due to this and some staining on the bedding and towels.

Cute and quiet house with nice bedrooms. I appreciated the separate minisplits so that we could have different temperatures. I was also glad there was a convenient place to stash my bike.

Clean, comfortable and So charming! We would stay again. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was nice and soft.

We enjoyed this darling house! It was clean and well stocked. The bar and grill in Mullan had the BEST food! It was a great location for all the activities we had planned.

We enjoyed our stay at this Mullan home. It was clean and comfortable, and the host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt, and when we asked to add an extra night before check-in, it was arranged immediately.The home is cozy in the sense that it's older and quaint, with thoughtful, high-quality upgrades underway. The renovations that have been completed are top-notch. There are still some signs of the home's age, such as tilting ceiling plaster and a few peeling walls, but they didn't affect our stay.The air conditioning was excellent. It reached 110F one day during our visit, and every room stayed cool and comfortable.Mullan itself is a quiet town with beautiful scenery. Just be aware that there is only one gas station and one bar/restaurant (which serves great food), so plan ahead and bring your groceries.A couple of small issues kept this from being a perfect stay. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work after the first night with help from the neighbor and ended up washing dishes by hand. Also, when we moved a bed to find a wall outlet, we found an empty water bottle and a dirty sock underneath. The home was very clean, so this seems like something the cleaning team could easily improve by paying a little more attention to those hidden areas.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable base in the Mullan area.

Clean nice place to stay. Town is small but had a great little bar/restaurant call the Outlaw.
