Eravamo già stati ospiti qualche anno fa. Nel complesso ha un po' perso in tranquillità. Dovrebbero limitare l'accesso ai bambini in piscina solo a determinate fasce orarie, così da consentire a tutti di godersi la zona piscina in tranquillità. Il regolamento d'accesso alla piscina non è rispettato, in quanto vi erano schiamazzi e tuffi di bambini per ore. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a usufruire della zona.

Sehr persönlich geführtes Haus. Immer wieder eine Freude hier zu übernachten und zu speisen. Es ist wie "bei Freunden vorbei zu schauen". Angenehmer Aufenthalt, Spa-Bereich, Angebote ok. Interessant auch die Pakete des Hotels für diverse Anlässe. Wir kommen immer gerne auf der Rückfahrt vom Gardasee hier vorbei, jetzt schon mit kl. Enkel, dem,s auch sofort gut gefiel!

Im Wohlfühlrestaurant Stafler kann man sein Menu selbst zusammenstellen. Das hat Sinn und alles, was man wählt ist bis ins Detail hervorragend zubereitet und auf den Teller gebracht. Der Service ist stets aufmerksam. Aber auch das Frühstück am nachten Morgen ist super. Sehr schön präsentiert und es gibt alles von allem!

We returned to this restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide, a very nice location, located inside the Stafler Romantik Hotel in Mules near Vipiteno. Given the sunny day we were able to have lunch in the romantic internal garden. We tasted, from a small menu, Chanterelle ravioli with tomatoes and spring leeks from the Mules farmer, Chanterelles with polenta dumplings with herbs and vegetarian cream sauce, Duroc pork chop in a mustard and herb crust with kohlrabi from the Mules farmer and potato croissant. The traditional dishes and those of the more sophisticated recipes offered are exquisite, of quality and with the use of excellent raw materials. The service is young, friendly and professional. The prices are in line with the proposal and the quality offered, an excellent address, to be tried absolutely.

Das Zimmer : superior : so ist es auch; von der Kuscheldecke bis zur Wärmflasche, Regenschirm: alles ist da. Auf dem Nachtkästchen ein Block für Verbesserungsvorschläge -was sollte man da aufschreiben???? Ein familiengeführtes, wunderbares Haus mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal - selbst dem sehr älterem Hund wurde sein fauxpas mehrfach auf die Sitzbank hopsen zu wollen sehr verständnisvoll begegnet-...Wo gibt es denn sowas? Hunter- Hundedecke, Fressnapf und Leckerli - nettes Servicepersonal , das von den eigenen Hunden erzählt : Herz was willst Du mehr? We used all the free services of the hotel: electric bicycles, sauna, swimming pool, afternoon snack. Everything well presented and with adequate spaces. The starred dinner was stellar. Excellent local wines and beautiful dishes as well as excellent, imaginative, fresh. The environment is a bit small, it should be expanded. The only flaw of the stay: the standard room has a bathroom that, although it is the humblest room, is far below the standard of a 4-star hotel.
