我定3個行政標間，1個標間，行政標間標註是7樓，服務員把4間安排在3樓，且連續號1門2門3門4門，告訴我這就是行政標間，我問行政標間和標間有差價，有什麼區別，答無區別，問7樓是什麼房間，答7樓是豪華，但放出來的沒有豪華。服務員開始不耐煩，你隨便投訴，不是我們搞錯了，我沒把你當**，是平台搞錯了。就這服務態度？太氣人。
