I do not recommend staying at this hostel at all. I booked my stay in July for two nights, they even asked me to confirm by message and I did. The day of arrival I decide to write to them to find out if I could pay by card and surprise! They tell me that they have no availability for those nights (I insist I booked 3 months ago) and they don't give me any solution. They even stopped answering my messages. Very rude. Shameful to arrive in a new country and meet such "people's. Do not go if you do not want surprises. No recomiendo para nada alojarse en este hostal. Reserve mi estancia en Julio para dos noches, incluso me pidieron confirmación por mensaje y así lo hice. El día de llegada decido escribirles para saber si se puede pagar con tarjeta y sorpresa! Me dicen que no tienen disponibilidad para esas noches (insisto reserva efectiva desde hacía 3 meses) y no me dan ninguna solución. Incluso dejan de contestar a los mensajes. Unos maleducados. Vergonzoso llegar a un nuevo país y encontrarte con semejantes personajes. No vayáis si no queréis sorpresas!

Foremost, thank you very much for the courtesy of the inn manager, Mr. Hamzah who had been very helpful during my stay. Miniin Guest House in Bandar Seri Begawan was like a little home where one can rest at the end of a tiring day. The basic facilities like the simple kitchen, sitting area and bathroom were just enough for a transient, unsophisticated stay. I would politely suggest an important matter for the guesthouse to progress more in business. I believe, there should be an additional housekeeping staff to take care of delicate cleaning works like scrubbing the WC, wash basins, and other corners and crevices that might harbour dust, slime, molds and germs. My apologies to say that Mr. Hamzah must not be like a "one-man show". At least an additional staff would be a big help to the manager. Hence, the inn would give a good impression to their guests. Overall, my stay had been pleasant; and it complemented my visit in Brunei. Thank you Miniinn Guest House.

Super clean room and kitechen. The reception is nice and helpful. The hostle in the sentral downton Gadong near the mall and night market in 5 minutes. Main bus line arrive the most of gadong tourist place
