The staff were all friendly and gave us service with a smile. Although, we hoped that there would be a way to make the room warmer, we felt too cold. We have already shut down the AC but since there is centralization of AC, the coldness from the lobby and next room seeps in our room. The staff was kind enough to send us the maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything for us. Also, we saw this property from Agoda.com and it was stated there that there was complimentary airport transfer but actually there was none.

The hotel facilities and location are also very good. Something happened to me that I will never forget in this hotel. I was looking for a friend from Brunei who had been missing for more than 20 years. I only had their incomplete names. Many hotel staff helped me get there within an hour and a half. I found their contact information, and I really appreciate the staff of the hotel for their efforts in finding my lost friends. I would like to thank them again!
