This was probably a bit of a large room and nice hotel for our last night of a ten day trip to the Olympic Peninsula and Cascades before flying out, but the happy hour with salad, bread sticks and soup (and free drinks) was enough that we didn't have to spend time grabbing dinner when we had a lot of repacking to do before our flight the next day. We enjoyed our meal on the outdoor patio. Our room was spacious with a living area including the main TV, a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom area (with a second TV), a separate vanity area and closet, and the bathroom. All this extra space was great for repacking all our clothes and souvenirs we'd picked up on the trip. The room was quiet and clean, the staff very helpful. We appreciated the underground parking which gave us quick access to the elevator nearest to our room. The only confusing part is that the main entrance is actually on the 2nd level, so I was wondering on the 1st level until a helpful staff member clued me in. The breakfast was also delicious.

Super friendly & helpful staff upon arrival. Hotel looked clean, quiet, and in a nice woody area. The room we got (a suite with a full kitchen) was plenty roomy (hilarious opening the door to the bathroom/shower area though - not even half an inch between the door & the toilet), and very comfortable and quiet. The decor is a bit dated, but not awful. The breakfast was so-so; it would have been nice to have regular yogurt since I cannot stand Greek yogurt, and that was all they had both days. Strangest thing ever is no ice maker - never been in a hotel without one, and we needed one, so we had to go out & find ice somewhere, which was quite inconvenient, but not the most important aspect of our stay. Plenty of parking, but be aware that it's an extra $10 a day, which is probably more common in bigger cities. The one thing that is a must do, if able, is the nature path right next to the hotel. Just under 1 and ½ miles down and 1 and ½ miles back. Going down is downhill, so be prepared for uphill on the way back – but boy is it beautiful & pristine – not one piece of trash was even seen! Just beautiful. Overall, we would stay again – it was very quiet (as opposed to last time we stayed near the Alderwood mall, which was AWFUL & loud!) and comfortable, and everyone working there was terrific.

A group of us were here to stay for a visit to Seattle area including the Boeing tour. Check-in was quick and front desk offered a free drink/discount on meal item voucher. I was given Rm 199 which I thought was on first floor but when entering room, you can see that there is a floor below and that it really isn’t on ground level (good for security purposes). The room had a kitchenette along with desk and lounge area with a TV that swiveled from sofa to bed. Lots of space until you get into bathroom. Sink and closet (had safe included) was open but the shower (glad that it was walk-in shower with glass door) along with toilet. It was just a bit tight and could be challenge if more than one person if room. It wouldn’t be issue, if there was a pocket door instead of swing door. There is amenities for those who are doing an extended stay, including pantry with various food items, a gym with some weights and cardio equipment and washers and dryers. The breakfast buffet was decent with a nice mix of hot and cold items. Nice location for convenient access to some waterfront restaurants as well as the Boeing facility.

Vanesa prepped the room, and it was clean. The mattress sags a bit, but everything else was in order, especially because we paid with points. Perhaps that's why we got a small room for this property --large enough, but smaller than the typical rooms. Though full, and full of families, there was no loud noise during our stay, not even in the breakfast area. The restaurant person is especially friendly.

We booked this property on purpose because it was really nice the last time it was visited. Today we walk in and the “pool is closed for maintenance” sign was up. I said “I hope it’s only for today, and he said “No it’s been closed all year”. What an absolute disappointment. I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool after a long day of travel and this beautiful weather. It was too late today to find another place but I can assure you we will not be staying. I’m not paying $200 a night to not have what I was looking forward to the most. I checked the website. It still says “pool”. What a bunch of BS. If it’s not been available all year then they should tell you that when you book it.

Stayed at this hotel several times visiting my parents. The 24-hour helpful staff and snack pantry are a wonderful support for long term stays, as well as your own kitchenette. The constantly revolving buffet breakfast is small but excellent- love the make your own waffles! The breakfast staff are always in a fun and helpful mood too. Other great touches are the all-day serve-yourself coffee machine, well-equiped gym, large laundry room, 2 BBQs, and the social evening snacks. Definitely time for an upgrade, however- hoping they’ll start to replace the mattresses and look after the small repairs needed around the property soon, to keep up the integrity of a 5-star experience. (The beds are still very comfortable- just will need new ones soon to keep up a firm feel.)

We have filed a complaint with corporate over the lack of security in this hotel. Hotel management had given notice of removal to the occupants of the room they put us next too. They were aware of the issue and put us in the room adjacent when there were plenty of available rooms on Christmas Eve. That night we had to call the police over an assault occurring in the middle of the night. We were told “shady” people had been coming and going throughout the week. We won’t stay again as people wandering the halls, knocking on doors, assaulting and drug activity are a security concern to us.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel in 2022. We’ve been using this hotel since it was built. Both the service and the hotel are declining rapidly. We requested a room away from the elevators and received one next to the elevator. We booked a suite with two queen beds and sofa bed. Only 1 set of towels were provided. The beds were old and worn out. I spent most of the night trying not to be stuck in the middle of the bed, where there was a saggy sunken hole. A request was made to either change the mattress or the room. When we returned in the evening, neither that request nor the ‘light touch’ housekeeping request were honoured. There were no messages or any indications why both were not done. Since they skipped housekeeping, we requested bath towels. An hour later, no towels. I called front desk and Christopher assured me that the towels were on the way. An hour and a half later, I sent my child to pick up towels at the front desk in case they were busy as they needed to shower and go to bed. For unknown reasons, Christopher refused to provide towels to my child. He said they would bring up towels immediately. 2 hours later - I called and reminded him that my children needed to shower. Christopher told me that I had to come to the front counter. It has been 3 hours and I am still waiting. My children are sitting in their chlorine soaked clothes. They are tired and wet. This place is getting ridiculous. I was a big fan and loyal supporter but no more. The clientele used to be business oriented, quiet and classy. Now it’s filled with loud families who come in huge groups. It’s no better than a Holiday Inn but at much higher prices. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and building were very clean and basic for a long-stay hotel. I would definitely return when in the area. My friend and I shared a basic suite and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Others in our group had an upgraded room with a separate bedroom from the living/kitchen area. It was really nice when we gathered together. Additionally, our larger group utilized the commons area for meeting, playing games and eating. It was a nice space.
