Anreise 15:00 Uhr Pfingsmontag 2025, eine Übernachtung/Frühstück für 123,- € gebucht. Abreise am selben Abend 21:00 Uhr, Aufenthaltsdauer im Zimmer 5 Minuten, Zwischendurch Familienbesuch. Leider beim einchecken bereits bezahlt, ohne das Zimmer gesehen zu haben. Alte Einrichtung kann Charme haben, war hier aber nicht der Fall. Das Zimmer so ungepflegt und das Bad regelrecht verdreckt, dass man weder Bett noch Toilette benutzen wollte. Lieber nachts 4 Stunden im Auto nach Hause und das Geld als Lehrgeld abschreiben... Checkout war nicht möglich, da kein Personal vor Ort, weder im Hotel noch im Restaurant, also Schlüsselkarte auf das Bett Zimmer 308 und heim. Am nächsten Tag der Betreiberin den Sachverhalt erläutert, die mir dann Feigheit, ihr das ins Gesicht zu sagen, vorwarf und das als typisch "Berliner Schnute" bezeichnete und auflegte. Die Mitarbeiterin, der ich den Sachverhalt zuerst am Telefon beschrieben hatte, erschien dagegen durchaus empathisch und betroffen. Über Frau Engel wurde bereits genug geschrieben- unfreundlich und unverschämt Fazit: nie wieder Seeblick Mühbrook

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen am See. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frau Engel und ihre gesamte Familie haben den Kurzurlaub zum Erlebnis werden lassen. Wir wurden umsorgt mit hervorragendem Essen und Sevice. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Lost my runningshoes
Hotel is nice and restaurant have good food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Unfortenatly I forgots my brand new runningshoes on my balcony. I checked out ver early in morning, before reception/hotel was open. I noticed soon I forgot my runningshoes but could not get in to hotel because i left my key in reception. I called hotel when reception opened and told them to take care about my shoes. And I will come an pick them 1 week later. I asked receptionist to go to room and take my shoes to reception. He confirmed he will do. When I arrived to hotel today they dont have my shoes. The owner said they probably have throw the shoes in trash…, i dont belive her! My shoes costs 260 eur and was used 2 times on road. They look brand new and whit no dirt.
Somebody is lying here… and I am very upset of the way the speak to me when I asked for my shoes

Dejlig ophold på 2 overnatninger. God god mad med god salat og RIGELIG størrelse man blev mæt. Måske manglede der lidt sovs.

Samlet set helt ok til prisen.
Gammelt men pænt tysk hotel. Værelset stort og rent. God placering i landlige omgivelser. Tæt ved Kiel, Neumünster og dejlige strande.
