Yüksek fiyata rağmen alınan hizmet çok kötü. Odalar çok eski. Kahvaltı vasat. Ütü hizmeti çamaşırhane kapalı olduğu için yokmuş. 1 adet ütüyü kenara koyup, müşteriye hizmet vermek zor olmamalı. Çalışan profili, alınan ücrete göre çok çok kötü. Fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmem.

Öncelikle görevlilerin hepsi çok kibar ve güler yüzlülerdi bir eksiğimiz olduğu zaman anında getirdiler,aynı zaman da otelin yemekleri çok lezzetliydi bir daha gelmek çok isterim. Ailem ile de Muğla’ya gelirsek kesinlikle bu otelde kalmak isterim. Son olarak da fitness salonu çok güzeldi spor yaparken orada çalan şarkılar insanı çok motive ediyor.
