Unfortunately I couldn't use this hotel because the flight was delayed for a day. I asked the hotel to change the check-in date, but was refused (even though there were free rooms). I made a point of booking not at this hotel, but in the neighboring one. Complete lack of interest in their clients. I don't recommend it.

Suitable for family vacation, cool weather because it is a resort by the river. There are restaurants and cafes decorated with unique bamboo. You can take pictures from every angle. Good service, lovely staff who are always ready to help. But the accommodation is far from the parking lot and the road in front. You have to use the hotel's golf cart to pick up and drop off. The kitchen closes early at around 10 pm. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, I recommend buying some supplies. I would also like to have a real spa because if you want a massage, you have to call a masseuse from Amphawa, so there is no time to use the service. In conclusion, it is a place that is very suitable for relaxation.

Nice hotel.
Beautiful environment, many buffalo logos, swimming pool, river view, beautiful restaurant, and a cute buffalo. The Japanese food at the door is also great. The room is a bit small.
