Bu Otele her zaman gitmek istemiştim anca nasip oldu ilgi alaka inanılmazdı herşey planlanmış düşülmüş ve herşey çok güzeldi.. Atilla bey bizimle yapmış olduğu sohbetten inanılmaz keyif aldık. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Odalar yeterli temizlikteydi otel yeterli sicaklıydaydı otel içi ince kıyafetler yeterli gelir kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği yeterli çeşitdeydi ama aşırı kalabalik oldugu icin restorantta masa bulmak zordu çay saatinde de aynı şekilde yer bulmak zordu masalar doluydu genel olarak ama yinede keyifliydi

Not a quite stay
The hotel and your website guaranteed a quite stay during the booing stage . However , we could not get quite nights because of the dogs barking from evening to early morning . This was annoying and disturbing

Vialand palace first experience
I find the staff extra friendly
Specially the check in staff ....
I got all my questions answered even from the non english speaking staff.
The hotel staff can help you in planing a day activities and they are glade to help with the transport
Vialand shopping center is a beautiful place to spend time and get a bite

Yemekleri güzel. Havuzu, ortak alanlar temiz. Akşamları canlı müzik eğlenceleri çok güzeldi. Arkadaşlarınızla oturabileceğiniz oyun salonu mevcut. Kahvaltı, akşam yemeği, çay saati dışında alınan her şey ücretli. İçecekler de öyle. Erkek ve kadınlar için hamamı, buhar odası vs. ayrı, birlikte girilemiyor. Eşimle ayrı ayrı girmek hoşuma gitmedi. Sigara içmek için odada balkon yok. Elit, güzel bir otel.

24-27 şubat tarihleri arasında winterfest abant diye beeorg firmasının düzenlediği festivale katıldık. Katıldığımiza da pişman olduk. Bu kadar rezil bir organizasyonu otelle beraber yapmışlar. Cim olması gereken yerler olduğu gibi camurdu. Golf alanlari, bowling, mangal partileri olacak diye sayfalarinda olmasina ragmen sadece sucuk-kofte ekmek vardi, o da paralı. Sakin bu organizasyon sirketinin yaptığı organizasyonlara katilmayin.Otel halıları toz içindeydi. Toz alerjisi olduğundan zor kalabildik. Gece saat 01.15de odamın kapısı yumrukladı, resepsiyona 3 kez kameralara bakmalarını istememe rağmen bu güne kadar dönüş olmadı. Güvenlik de sıfır yani. Kendinizi bunlara hazırlayarak otele gidin. Tek iyi olan şey yemekleriydi.

Üçüncü kez gittik. Otelde bayağı bir iyileştirme yapılmış. Çok da iyi olmuş. Hafta içi gittiğimiz için fazla kalabalık değildi. O nedenle otelin bütün imkanlarını kullandık, havuz, masaj gibi. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Yürüyüş yapmak ya da bisiklete binmek için güzel yollar var. Çalışanlar oldukça profesyonel, çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Her konuda ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeğinde fazla çeşit yoktu ama yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Abant'a bir sonraki gelişimizde yine bu otelde kalırız diye düşünüyorum.

It was excellent experience for us. Our room was very clean and hotel stuff were so polite. Foods and bavarage were quite enough. We stayed at the hotel with old 6 years old boy and he also had fun with plays and pool. We think that we can go that hotel again! Thanks for everything.
