A delightful hotel, beautifully preserved ; a throw back to the 1800”s . The room is stunning , tastefully decorated,the most Devine bed and opulent bathroom with a spa bath . Loved that I could open the window and listen to the birds across the road , in the park . Centrally located and easy parking

Lovely rooms however on the small side. Parking is on the street as no onsite parking available and street noise.

We were rather disappointed as we’d stayed there years ago and found it very atmospheric with the courtyard restaurant but it’s now closed
We weren’t impressed at all that there is no open reception at all and when you come back after dinner you have to grope around in the dark with a Keysafe to get in. Then plus that warnings all over if you lock yourself out by mistake she’d charge you $100. And it’s not cheap at $255 pm.
We won’t return.

This is a great location in a beautiful country town. The room was extremely clean. However it is a no human hotel. Keys left on the bed no reception available etc. So its just a bed there is no welcome experience to be had. Noone around was a strange event really.
