O hotel fica em local alto, antes da entrada da cidade Mucugê. Visto que não há carros de aplicativos nem transporte coletivo público em circulação, o processo de locomoção precisa acontecer através de veículo próprio, locado ou fretado, o que dificulta a mobilidade. O hotel atualmente não tem piscina, não tem sala de jogos nem de ginástica (academia). Dispõe apenas das unidades habitacionais associadas ao café da manhã.

Une belle étape au cœur de la Chapada Diamantina, avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée d'un côté, les montagnes de l'autre, chambres un peu spartiates mais propres, seul inconvénient les tubulures d'AC sont adossées aux fenêtres et font un bruit assez fort toutes les 10 ou 15 minutes. Potager privé bien organisé, petit déjeuner correct. Dommage les travaux sur le terrain d'à côté qui nous ont privé de profiter de la vue dans les chaises longues du jardin

Bom, vale a pena a experiência, especialmente para quem quer tranquilidade, mas há alguns alertas: *Pontos negativos: Serviço horroroso. Funcionários muito jovens e despreparados. Esquecem os clientes, preferindo bater papo entre si (parecem que estão de férias no hotel). *Pontos positivos: vista (espetacular) + espaço do local como um todo + quartos reformados.

O hotel tem uma vista linda. Porém, as instalações são muito antigas, a acústica do quarto é bem ruim. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, variado e farto. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e solícitos. O hotel tem tudo para ser incrível desde que fizessem uma reforma nas instalações dos quartos (móveis, piso, cheiro de mofo, tomadas).
