Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. Itโ€™s previously named Grand Zuri. However, itโ€™s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!
