Great experience, friendly people, nice food. However, please work on the weak WI-FI. You may also consider installing DSTV. Otherwise, I will recommend my friends to visit and stay at North Coast Hotel. Thank you very much and see you soon. God bless.

Fairy good an can improve on some services . Need to be prompt in responding to client needs.however the hotel is good, well situated and proximate .There is alot of potential to put the hotel to a higher level. The staff are welcoming and the food service is good. The beach and the pool are in good condition

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The meals were fresh and delicious. The receptionists were welcoming and responsive. The beach was clean and secure. The entertainment was resonating with my experiences. I recommend Gakenia to be promoted. Victor was one staff of a kind on matters hospitality.

The food was delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room services were also excellent. I really enjoyed the gym and the morning walks. I highly recommend any visitors looking to experience Coast experience. I can't hesitate to come here again and again

The hotel is clean, along the beach with excellent staff and food. The rooms are very clean with excellent WiFi and good facilities. It has excellent conference facilities The team organizes entertainment activities including music, a gymnasium, walks and jogging along the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our 4 day stay here very helpful staff, Karisa took us to the reef, saw some sea urchins and star fish, played some volley ball at the pool, I highly recommend the resort for a good get away, the food is also amazing.

The ambience is very good, had and excellent experience. Cost friendly, staffs Kids were taken care of well, security is great, community is welcoming and friendly. A nice experience it was, would recommend and also will visit again and again

The best hotel i have visited in coast i fully recommend. The food ,the rooms ,the pool,the gym,the sauna and spa and the ocean view on top. The hotel is also very affordable.The workers are more than friendly. I will definetly go back every time i visit mombasa I had the best stay
