Hood has to offer like skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, water activities, biking, golf, local shops and food. This home is still private enough to have a relaxing vacation. The vaulted great room has a floor-to-ceiling wall of windows and the best view of the woods with the river peaking through. Relax in the hot tub after an adventurous day of exploring the mountain while listening to the river flowing by! The space -just 55 mins from Portland -Almost an acre on the river with private beach for camping, fishing, and enjoying a fire. -House has neighbors not completely secluded - close to amenities and shopping -15 mins to ski bowl -hot tub while listening to the river flow, bbq, and eat dinner on the deck with a view. -fire pit by the house and down by the river -well appointed kitchen -open floor plan -over sized jetted tub -loft with views of the river -games in garage for when the weather is bad -No pets except service animals. Please notify us if you are bringing a service animal. -hot tub off back deck -Garage for storing outdoor gear -During the winter there is a possibility of snow. 4x4 and higher clearance vehicles are recommended. Driveway is not plowed. -There are many stairs to access the river. Use at your own risk. Before burning an outdoor recreational fire please call Hoodland Fires Burn line (503)622-3463.
