Great Stay – Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, and Lovely Rooftop Pool I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient — just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, making it super easy to get to popular areas like Valletta and Sliema. The room (or studio) was a good size, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop swimming pool – the view from the top is amazing and a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, a great value stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Malta who wants easy access to the main sights while still enjoying a relaxing hotel experience

There are big problems with hygiene and service attitude of the staff. In addition to the unclean bedding, I seriously suspect that there is an ant nest in the room. Many ants crawl out from the gap between the wall and the floor. I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, but the front desk refused on the grounds that there were no vacancies. However, when I checked online, it showed that there were available rooms for booking. Finally, the front desk said that they would send someone to deal with it, but in the end they just put up an ant house and were completely unable to solve the problem immediately. In the end, in order to avoid affecting the rest of the trip, I directly booked another hotel to stay in. When I left the hotel, the front desk staff did not ask what was going on and looked indifferent. It is hard to imagine that a 4-star hotel under a large group would have such quality. Everyone should be careful to avoid it.

Facilities: I booked this hotel because I planned to cook. I thought it was under the Accor brand and might be better than Airbnb. The kitchen utensils were complete, but the supermarket nearby was not very good, so I didn't cook in the end. The kettle was a bit dirty... I didn't dare to use it. In terms of safety, you don't need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and the sound insulation is not very good. Hygiene: Not very good, dusty. Obvious blind spots for hygiene. Environment: The surrounding area is a residential area, too local, I regret living here, and the average taxi to Valletta is 10 euros. The rooms were huge at first we were offered room on the ground floor which was huge but we didn't like it as it was too big for us. We asked to change the room. The AC's weren't working and it was a bit hot for us. The only problem was they didn't clean the room for the entire 4 day stay and we were only given 2 toilet paper rolls. We had to ask for another one. The room on 8th floor was squeaky clean, it had a kitchen as well.

Do not stay at this hotel, the bedding is dirty and smells sour and the staff refuse to change it, horrible service, they even yell at you.

the apartment was spacious with all the facilities and very near bus stops( X1 & X2) to the airport and other places like Valletta. the rooms were absolutely quiet without any outside or inside noise.the double glazing was of top quality and the rooms had individual a/c. kitchen was functional.one can very easily reach the absolutely worth seeing Mdina old city from the hotel by taking bus 31,31,238 and go to Sptar-1 and then take from there either 181 or 182. there are many buses directly going to Valletta also. you can book this appt hotel without any other thought.
