It's simple, the worst hotel in Poland. Dirty, outdated, nothing works, AC broken, most TV channels were blocked which is weird since Poland has massive basic cable package, sheets were Dirty, the phone was not cleaned since the opening of this hotel, stains on the walls and carpet. Requested another room due to the AC not working and was flat out refused, lied that it was fully booked. Quick search showed 7 rooms available, manager refused to switch rooms. Shocked we did not get bed bugs here. Stay AWAY!!!!!

Zdecydowanie nie polecam! Już przy rezerwacji miałam złe przeczucie gdy pani z recepcji z obcym akcentem kazała mi samodzielnie przeliczyć całkowitą wartość wszystkich usług z których chcieliśmy skorzystać podczas pobytu. Zasugerowała abym zadzwoniła do niej po wyliczeniu sobie kwoty, po czym bezczelnie się rozłączyła. Ze względu na sezon urlopowy i brak miejsc w innych hotelach w okolicy zarezerwowaliśmy niestety 2 noclegi w ww. obiekcie. Wcześniej poinformowaliśmy mailowo managera o chęci wykorzystania bonów travelpass i w tej korespondencji ustaliliśmy ostateczną kwotę do zapłaty. Po przybyciu na miejsce i długiej na ponad 500 km podróży okazało się, ze po pierwsze kwota rezerwacji jest niezgodna z ustaleniami mailowymi jak również nie chcieli honorować wcześniej ustalonej formy płatności choć hotel widnieje na liście hoteli akceptujących bony travelpass. W recepcji siedziała pani z którą miałam nieprzyjemność rozmawiania wcześniej przez telefon. Odmówila ona kontaktu z jakąkolwiek osobą decyzyjną, twierdząc, że jest na urlopie a ona sama nie rozumie do końca języka polskiego. Zakładam, ze skoro takie jest podejście do klienta już na samym początku, tak mógłby wyglądać cały pobyt w tym przydrożnym hotelu.

Stayed for 3 nights in Jul 2024. Was in the car so parking was essential…. Parking was free and ample here which was great. Reception and bar area is clean and tidy, and there is an outdoor seating area. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Room was fantastic value, modern, comfortable and clean. The en-suite was equally modern and the shower was good. There was also a good indoor pool and spa area. I didn’t use it, but my mate said that the gym area was a little tired. Overall a good hotel, with great friendly staff. Would defo stay again if coming to the area.

Идеальное место для отдыха. Очень чисто!!! Прекрасные, новые номера. Качественная отделка номера и сантехника. Удобная кровать и подушки. Чистый бассейн. Милый персонал. Вкусный завтрак. Сам отель очень уютный и все сделано с душой!!!

Standard pokojow ktore zostaly nam przydzielone byl naprawde w porzadku. Pokoje byly odnowione, czyste ale malo miejsca i podloga w lazience I pod prysznicem strasznie sliska. Rezerwacja dla 2 doroslych + 2 dzieci (2 latki) a gdy zapytalismy po pierwszej nocy o lozeczko (kanapa rozkladana po prostu sie nie nadawala) to zostalo doliczone 200zl do pobytu. Bardzo nie fajne zagranie. Basen ok, jacuzzi potrzebuje porzadnego czyszczenia tak samo jak pokoj zabaw do dzieci. Sniadanie serwowane w formie bufetu zadowalajace, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Kolacje odradzam, piers z kurczaka wysuszona, grillowane warzywa chyba ze sniadania, veganskie tagliatelle mialo w pkiecie kawalek kurczaka, a ryz z krewetkami i mango, mango chyba nigdy nie spotkal. W publicznych pomieszczeniach jak restauracja i recepcja swiatla nie sa wlaczane. Wszystko wyglada jak zamkniete, a to na pewno nie sprzyja sprzedazy. Widoczny brak kadry zarzadzajacej w hotelu I brak treningu dla personelu, niektorzy pracownicy sie staraja ale wiekszosc zachowuje sie jakby byli tam przez przypadek.
