Standard pokojow ktore zostaly nam przydzielone byl naprawde w porzadku. Pokoje byly odnowione, czyste ale malo miejsca i podloga w lazience I pod prysznicem strasznie sliska. Rezerwacja dla 2 doroslych + 2 dzieci (2 latki) a gdy zapytalismy po pierwszej nocy o lozeczko (kanapa rozkladana po prostu sie nie nadawala) to zostalo doliczone 200zl do pobytu. Bardzo nie fajne zagranie. Basen ok, jacuzzi potrzebuje porzadnego czyszczenia tak samo jak pokoj zabaw do dzieci. Sniadanie serwowane w formie bufetu zadowalajace, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Kolacje odradzam, piers z kurczaka wysuszona, grillowane warzywa chyba ze sniadania, veganskie tagliatelle mialo w pkiecie kawalek kurczaka, a ryz z krewetkami i mango, mango chyba nigdy nie spotkal. W publicznych pomieszczeniach jak restauracja i recepcja swiatla nie sa wlaczane. Wszystko wyglada jak zamkniete, a to na pewno nie sprzyja sprzedazy. Widoczny brak kadry zarzadzajacej w hotelu I brak treningu dla personelu, niektorzy pracownicy sie staraja ale wiekszosc zachowuje sie jakby byli tam przez przypadek.

Pobyt w hotelu udany. Pokój czysty , ciepło , dzieci zadowolone. Basen ok , chociaż mogła być trochę cieplejsza woda. sauny ok . Szkoda , że przez cały pobyt jacuzzi było nieczynne. Dobre śniadania i obiady -super omlety i naleśniki przygotowywane na miejscu przez bardzo miłą panią . Idealna baza wypadowa do najbliższych nadmorskich miejscowości. Poor customer service
The room was really nice and clean but the service was extremely poor. We had room nr 119 the wifi didn't work (they said that room had problem with wifi??!?). There is no AC, the room is close to a highly traffic road, and in the morning about 7 o'clock the builders start working under our window,talking loudly, using their tools and listening to loud music. We informed on arrival that breakfast serves between 7-11, when we came down at 10:10 the receptionist just said she will talk to her colleague!!?!? That really didn't help us...
So I will not recommend this hotel nor will come back.

Komfortabelt, rent og stille
Veldig hyggelig personalet. Komfortable senger og rene rom. God middag. Stille og rolig. Vi bestilte uten frokost. Tillegg for frokost er veldig dyrt. Antagelig lurt å bestille rom og frokost i ett. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Alles war super nur das Meer hat mir null gefallen das meer war grünlich braunlich und nicht rein. Dafür hatten wir ein schönen pool von 7-22 uhr zu benutzen. Mega Atmosphäre mega tolle personal auch wenn nicht alle englisch konnten haben die super nett geholfen und mein englisch ist auch nicht perfekt aber wir haben uns verstanden. Danke für dne tollen Aufenthalt

It's simple, the worst hotel in Poland. Dirty, outdated, nothing works, AC broken, most TV channels were blocked which is weird since Poland has massive basic cable package, sheets were Dirty, the phone was not cleaned since the opening of this hotel, stains on the walls and carpet. Requested another room due to the AC not working and was flat out refused, lied that it was fully booked. Quick search showed 7 rooms available, manager refused to switch rooms. Shocked we did not get bed bugs here. Stay AWAY!!!!!
