The hotel is advertised as a 3* hotel, which means it is in the comfort category. Unfortunately, some things do not correspond to this category. Just to name a few examples: There is no luggage service, you will look in vain for paper facial tissues, a dressing mirror?, drinks on offer in the room?, there is only one employee at reception who speaks reasonable German. The table in the room was missing from the seating area, so the balcony furniture had to do. The location is positive. Right on the Baltic Sea, the large, spacious rooms that were very clean, the friendly chambermaids. The locked car park. The rooms with balconies and the modernity of the hotel. The crux of the matter, however, is the catering. A canteen or cafeteria is more accurate. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner is uncomfortable. There are no labels on the dishes, and there are no ingredients. It is difficult for holidaymakers with allergies or intolerances to find something that does not cause problems. Even the possibility of getting a fried egg - not available. Just these pre-made scrambled eggs, where you don't know the ingredients. It's a shame to have to survive on lettuce, tomatoes and green cucumbers for four days. We didn't use the wellness area and only my husband used the swimming pool. I have difficulty walking and was unable to use the pool (ladder too steep) or the jacuzzi as there was no way to hold on to them or the access was too steep. The deciding factor for bookings for us is always whether there is a pool. It is also not possible to have a visit to the bar or a coffee charged to the room number. Cash is actually out these days. So we didn't make any money in the bar, which isn't very inviting either. If you like the beach and want to sunbathe there for hours, then this hotel is a good recommendation. We won't book this hotel again.
