Very strategic location, helpful staff, very clean rooms.
The structure could use a little maintenance, and a little more attention to the kitchen especially for the quality of the food!

Hôtel correct avec un personnel aimable, a leur tête le directeur général. Ils ont le mérite de gérer un grand nombre de clients. Ce qui n'est pas une chose simple. Le directeur général qui est a l'écoute, fait les efforts nécessaires pour améliorer les prestations fournies par cet établissement. Par contre, il est urgent de revoir La restauration, en termes de plats proposés et de variété. Nous payons cher notre séjour. Bonne continuation.

Service nul, ils traitent leurs hôtes comme des voleurs. Le jour du départ, on nous oblige à enlever nos bracelets à 12h avant de prendre le dernier déjeuner, même quand on a refusé pour eviter tout problème au restaurant ils ont bien insisté à le faire. Par contre si vous aviez prévue de partir plus tôt sachez que c est impossible l hôtel ne vous laissera pas partir tout de suite il vous faudra attendre 2 bonnes heures (le temps qu il verifie que vous n avez rien volé dans la chambre) En allant déjeuner le personnel nous a accusé de vol parce que on s est retrouvé sans bracelets. Il nous a traiter de menteur devant tous les autres clients et nous à obligé de le suivre jusqu à la réception pour vérifier nos dires. Après tout ça aucune excuses. STAFF IRRESPECTUEUX

Cette hotel vaut hélas que 2 étoiles en France. Les chambres sont plutôt bonne mais les lits sont dur comme de la pierre et les finitions de la chambres sont inexistante ( manque du carrelage ) . Réveil à 9h max pour accéder au déjeuner. Animation toute la journée à disposition, emplacement plutot sympa . Les restaurant sont beaucoup trop répétitif en termes de nourriture. Lors de notre séjour aucune excursions nous a était proposé par cet hôtel . Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. Passer votre chemin pour cette hôtel qui ne vaut pas sont prix

Je viens tout juste de quitter l’hôtel après un séjour du 14 au 21 juillet, et je tiens à exprimer toute ma gratitude. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, en particulier à l’accueil et à l’équipe d’animation, pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Le service au bar, aussi bien à la plage qu’à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, était vraiment au top. Merci pour ces beaux moments. Je tiens également à remercier tout particulièrement le directeur pour son écoute et sa compréhension concernant mon cousin. Je recommande cet hôtel, tout particulièrement pour les familles

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel Yadis Hammamet, et comme d’habitude, on passe toujours des moments innoubliables. C’est vraiment un endroit à calme,et familiale Il y a une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale qu’on apprécie énormément. Le rapport qualité-prix est acceptable . Un grand merci au personnel du restaurant, toujours gentils . Ils méritent vraiment d’être salués. Bref, encore une belle expérience. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
