I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience. The hotel chef staff were very excellent and very polite.I had wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I believe it is outstanding.

Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé. Les espaces communs sont de belle qualité avec ses différentes piscines et sont hall d’entrée notamment. Les chambres sont moins bien finies mais ne gâchent en rien l’expérience dans le lieu.

Excellent hôtel malgré les commentaires mitigés : grande variété des repas (choix entre 15/20 entrées froides, une dizaine de plats chauds locaux, poissons, viandes, légumes cuisinés en direct, desserts variés). Le personnel (accueil, personnel de service, femme de ménage, animateur, correspondant fram) est très à l'écoute et traite les demandes très rapidement. L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles : profitez bien des activités de l'animation (avec Alex, Casper, Loulou ...) mais aussi des 7 toboggans, du mini-golf, tir à l'arc, de la salle de sport et de l'accès direct à la plage.

Infester de punaise de lit, je me suis fait piquer de partout et plusieurs cafard retrouver dans la salle de bain. Certaines personnes sont très aimable et d’autres pas souriante, on avait l’impression de les faire suer! La partie animation c’est toujours pareil, 2 karaoke, 2 apéro quiz, sinon c’est que des spectacles de danse, aucune animation en journée. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais. Plusieurs choix pour le repas mais souvent pareil

J'ai dû y séjourner pour une nuit, alors que ce n'était pas l'hôtel que j'avais réservé. Hormis les personnes de l'accueil qui étaient corrects, le reste est à fuir. La WIFI fonctionnait bien, mais uniquement à la réception. L'ascenseur ressemblait à une prison, petit espace (il ne faut pas être clostro), luminosité=0, peut-être que l'électricité coûte trop cher dans un ascenseur. La chambre avait l'air correct, mais le matelas était dur comme de la pierre, et au lieu d'avoir un lit double, j'ai eu droit à deux lits simples. Quand à la partie restauration, pas de bouteilles d'eau, uniquement des verres d'eau, je trouve cela inadmissible. Certains plats étaient bons, comme le petit déjeuner, mais ça manque de choix. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, il faudrait effectuer des rénovations pou qu'il puisse être bien, avec du personnel digne de ce nom.

Animation et animateur au top petit bémol sur le matériel et équipement d’animation obsolète. animation extérieur quad super et promenade en chameau bien personnel très sympathique je recommande . La nourriture correcte ds l’ensemble.
