Very pleased and happy with the hotel. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them to do for use. The bar staff keep kept us entertain. Entertainment fantastic. The rooms was very nice comfortable cleaned. The beach ⛱ sand so soft.

Just returned from our 11 night stay at this lovely hotel. We are a family of 3 including a 2 year old toddler. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay down to the hotel;its location, services, staff and food. In particular would like to point out that our house keeping was carried out by the same staff member which was a nice touch and Hedi was always so lovely, friendly and happy every morning. The dining hall was spacious with a good variety of dishes up to an excellent standard there was always something you would enjoy. The desserts looked impressive and tasted even better than they looked. The staff there were kind and attentive in particular Ali and Mounsel. The bhaia restaurant was also up to a High standard and the food was excellent. Although we were out of season and there were no kids clubs there was still the mini disco to enjoy and silent disco for Our toddler and the activity staff made it Lots of Fun. The beach area is well Kept and nice and clean and kept our toddler busy and happy.We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is amazing staff are all brilliant an very helpful there's loads to do would definitely come back again an zied has been amazing though out there Is lots of choice with food an there are snacks available through out the day I would definitely give it a 5 star review

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment we were here. The people of Tunisia are very very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location just yards from the beach. Sun loungers on clean white sand with a super relaxed atmosphere have made for a truly memorable holiday. The hotel staff are nothing short of fantastic, all of them deserve praise but a few stood out and are worthy of an extra mention... The food was excellent at every sitting and was of a very high standard. You'd have to be an incredibly fussy eater to not find something delightful to eat. The beef medallions were exquisite... truly mouth watering. We were waited on every evening by a very attentive waiter, Ramzi. He was polite and a great addition to the restaurant and it's staff. They were all excellent. Our room 1436, was cleaned every day by a gentleman who did a stellar job and was super friendly and chatty and professional every time, we are unsure of his name. We will save our biggest thanks for a member of the Tui Blue staff, Zied. After arranging our excursions for us - and doing a great job at that - he helped my partner with a medical problem she developed. He went out of his way in his own time to visit a pharmacy for us and when that was not fruitful he contacted a doctor direct and helped us obtain what was needed. A big thank you to Zied. Overall it has been a fantastic stay, with fantastic weather (even during November) and has given us a great reason to return. We would also like to give praise to the 'relax pool' lifeguard, again we are unsure of his name. We know that he has worked here for 25 years, he offers 'top service' and truly delivers on that mantra - nothing is too much trouble for him and again another great addition to the hotels staff team. Overall it has been a fantastic and most memorable stay in a country that is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
