L’hôtel est magnifique grâce à ses animateurs c’est tout comme Rami et son équipe mais malheureusement la femme de chambre ne fait pas son travail correctement elle change que les serviettes et nettoie le salle de bain et refait le lit mais le sol reste sale et pour la bouffe elle manque de goût c’est de surgelés et les serveurs ne sont pas à la hauteur sauf 2 où trois les plus âgé pour moi j’ai aimé cet hôtel grâce au animateur et les barmans surtout KAHLOUCHE

Nous avons passé vraiment un super séjour, un hôtel immense, propre, ombragé, avec de supers équipements. Le personnel toujours aux petits soins, très souriant, à se mettre en 4 afin de vous satisfaire et que l’on ne manque de rien. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et la chambre que nous avions avec balcon et vue sur mer était également superbe. Alors n’hésitez pas à réservé.

Maha exceptional. Like everything in life there is good with bad, light with dark. We had difficulties but Maha saw that everything was good for our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone who values service dispite issues at the hotel room.

Buffet was amazing, great welcoming service , the professionalism of the team specially blue guide team ... the Kids club was wonderful expérience for the Kids and the drinks were delicious, a lot of variety for both adults and Kids, we definetly recommend tous hotel gor families with Kids and we Will come back

There is a variaty of activities so you won't get bored during your stay the food is tasty and the room is very comfortable i also enjoyed the water slides and the hot pool especially the "hammem" And the jaccuzi staff members are very nice people.
