We had a really nice time, the entertainment team especially Mimi, Madi and Ali were really good. Mimi was really understanding and supportive of our 11yr old who has autism. We had an upgraded 2 bedroom suite which was huge. The food was great and the staff were all really friendly

What a holiday. The staff across to hotel are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across, nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment team work tirelessly, giving you the best experience on your holiday. The evening shows are outstanding. There are activities from day to night. And massive thank you to Madi, for making our daughter feel so special during our visit. You made her holiday magical. The food is the best I have ever tasted in all inclusive. The dining room staff are so friendly. The maid left our daughter little gifts on her bed such as flowers. All of these touches show that the staff go over and above for the visitors. We hope to return soon.

Absolutely amazing hotel ,fantastic grounds and pools and what can I say about the food !!! You’ll be spoilt for Choice! But what makes this hotel truly special is the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make your day special in every way !!! 10/10

Transfers were about an 60-75 mins or so from the airport. Hotel was lovely! Very clean, food was nice and there was plenty of choice, staff were friendly! There is a shop next to the hotel too which sells bags, swimming stuff, snacks, magnets etc. They also have little stalls in the hotel once a week which I bought an incredible fish bag. When I looked at reviews a lot of people were talking about getting sick but none of us got sick and it was pretty clean from what I had seen! (And I’m someone who has a stomach issue and dairy allergy and was completely fine). There was lots of hand sanitiser everywhere. The rooms were spacious, decent size bathroom, beds were comfy. I managed to get a fan from the reception desk too as the air con wasn’t that strong. There is so much for kids to do at this hotel! So many pools and activities. The beach was gorgeous too. If you want to leave the hotel, there isn’t really a lot to do. We left once and went by taxi (which the hotel sorted) but it wasn’t that amazing, just a few shops and boats, restaurants so wouldn’t really recommend that but the hotel has plenty to enjoy. We overall had a lovely time here and felt very relaxed and safe in this hotel.

Amazing hotel Norah and all the staff are the best we have experienced. We were here for the month and didn’t want to come home. Clean modern and comfortable hotel. The spa was wonderful too thanks to Sabah and Rabiaa for helping the aches and pains ease with your amazing massages. Momo and all pool staff are so helpful and friendly. Security always around polite and attentive. The bar staff soon get to know u and are so friendly, thank u all! The food is amazing and the al a carte we had to return the best!! Entertainment the best we’ve seen in Tunisia if not in any hotel! Any requests are dealt with so quickly by Norah nothing is too much just ask! Hoping to return ASAP thank u for a second wonderful holiday.

Bel hôtel,très propre , belles piscines bien aménagées pour les très nombreux enfants . Une piscine couverte et une piscine " zone calme (chez Momo" assez de transats . Jolie plage propre avec bar douche et toilettes. Malheureusement la restauration n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur d' 4,5 étoiles ! Les produits sont de bonne qualité mais trop cuits pas assaisonnés Le petit déjeuner et excellent. Les bars acceptables sauf les vins Ouverts!

Excellent staff so welcoming food outstanding and I am a chef shiatsu massage every other day for treatment few cold beers footy on big screen family friendly some trips if you want to get out rooms cleaned daily cool beach great 2 nd visit coming again

L’accueil est top, l’hôtel est grand. Le soir il y’a des animations et de l’ambiance. Merci à Amani pour son accueil!!! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, chambre avec piscine pour profiter en famille ou amis. Je recommande si vous passez à hammamet
