So pluses first the staff amazing, it's just changed to mitsis so ongoing changes.we stayed a day and half ,the room was dated and not up to scratch, and we voiced our concerns. In all fairness they have moved us to messiongi beach which is same chain and amazing, please make belvedere into a smaller boutique hotel with staff could be amazing

When we first arrived the hotel was gult booked and unfortunately we got a room where the air conditioning was not working. Luckily the hotel had put a fan in the room as a backup but it was very hot the first night. We were assured that the air conditioning would be fixed the next day, and it was, but in the evening. A hard start of the holiday. BUT the receptionist Mary was so sweet and lovely. We got gifts and refreshments in the room as an apology. So after that it was a good experience. The beds are however slightly hard and uncomfortable. But the view from the balcony was amazing. The bar service is great and the restaurant is okay. We were however slightly disappointed because the assortment af Greek food was very small. Mostly it is international dishes. Overall it was an okay experience. Some things could have been better but the staff is sweet and serviceminded which helps the experience

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ηταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία!! Το προσωπικό ειναι ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να σ εξυπηρετήσει!! Τα δωματια ειναι ανετα και πεντακάθαρα! Στο εστιατόριο θα βρεις μεγαλη ποικιλια φαγητών για κάθε ουρανίσκο και τα παιδια του εστιατοριου είναι πάντα δίπλα σου! Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και στα bar!! Πρωι και βράδυ, στον χώρο της πισίνας εναλλακτικοί τρόποι διασκέδασης (aqua aerobic, zoumba, cinema, music)! Μπροστά απο το ξενοδοχείο θα βρεις και παραλια με γαλαζοπρασινα νερά! Μια ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία διακοπών!!
