Great location with very friendly staff...nice view from balcony. Perfect. Shop is few meters from hotel,, 5 min from beach with great restaurants and bar... definitely coming again. Pics from my balcony

We were greeted and seated early. We were asked for €20 more, without leaving a receipt. The rooms are old and shabby, many things are broken or dilapidated, there even seems to be holes in the roof, fortunately it didn't rain.
The only positive note is the view from the balcony.

This is not everyone's cup of tea but we have loved our stay. We are a family of 4 and have spent 6 nights at Paradise apartments and I will give a very honest review. The apartments are comfortable with air con in both bedrooms and a view to die for from the good sized balcony. The bathroom and kitchenette are very tired and really could do with being updated, however this would come at a higher cost than the owners currently charge. The location of the apartments are excellent with easy access to a number of restaurants, a brilliant little bakery that you can sit and have a drink and fabulous cake outside, and a very good coffee shop. There is a supermarket directly across the road. We loved the swimming pool that always had beds available, and the owners are super friendly. For value for money I don't think it can be beaten.

The room needed total refurbishment, kitchenette and bathroom very old. Not properly cleaned. We did not stay. Very old building up a very steep hill, snack bars not open and looked almost derelict. Pool area unkempt.

We went with a group of friends and it was a great experience. They were very friendly, the views were beautiful, it was only 5 minutes from the beach, and we had a great time!

the positive side is the location, actually close to the beach. When we arrived we found ourselves in a room very different from the photos on the web, in fact the structure appears old and dilapidated, our room was previously rusty and dirty everywhere, the water was not drinkable, the TV did not work, the rusty stove, the refrigerator that did not close, the toilet flush broken. Fortunately the owners were available to change our room with another, unfortunately also with the same problems, but at least with a working refrigerator and toilet. The price paid for the stay in the structure is absolutely excessive.

Fantastic week, some small initial problems with the lights and bathroom which were promptly resolved by the staff. The managers are wonderful people, super sweet and kind, excellent location to be able to move around comfortably and beautiful views. Rita D'Auria

La casa si trova effettivamente a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia ma questo è l’unico lato positivo della struttura. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati in una stanza molto peggiore rispetto alle foto presenti su *******, piena di ruggine e sporcizia, con lo scarico del water rotto, la tv non funzionante, il frigo che non si chiudeva, i fornelli arrugginiti e assenza di acqua potabile. Nel complesso tutta la struttura si presenta molto vecchia e fatiscente. Fortunatamente i proprietari si sono dimostrati disponibili nel cambiarci l’alloggio con un altro, purtroppo anch’esso nelle medesime condizioni, eccetto per il frigo ed il water, in questo caso funzionanti.
