The room was clean, the staff and security were friendly, the surroundings were pleasant, parking was convenient in the courtyard, and there were self-service washing machines for laundry. Breakfast could be improved; it should be served on time, regardless of whether it was good or bad. Another suggestion: when booking online, don't ask for a deposit. Besides, your hotel doesn't have anything in the room. Deposits aren't charged in Xinjiang anymore. I stayed at a hotel in Qinghai Lake and a hotel owner did, so you're the second one. Change your mindset. For such a good hotel, the phone number has changed, but the one in the room brochure hasn't. Guests are encouraged to walk around and ask at the front desk. I sincerely hope you can improve. Better, more guests will come.

Perhaps due to the dust storm and low visibility in Moyu County, the cleanliness was average. The service was lackluster. We left Estée Lauder facial cleanser in the room without any notification—this was rather unkind. We didn't call the hotel again because we weren't sure where to send it next. However, whether or not a guest needs to remind the hotel is another matter. We recommend better management.
