The location is remote, so it is for people who want to settle and recharge. The bungalows are nicely decorated and convenient. All of them with fireplace (some of them with two fireplaces) roomy bathrooms (with nice shop and lotion) ,comfy beds. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The restaurant is very nice as well as the bar. All personnel are very kind and helpful. A lot of nice mountain walks around.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ όμορφο μέσα στο δάσος φοβερή εμπερία για κάποιον που αποζητά την ησυχία.Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, φοβερός ο κ.Ντίνος που οργανώνει τις πεζοπορίες. Ενα βράδυ μας έτυχε ενα περιστατικό με κάποιο συναγερμό για πυρκαγιά σε κάποια αποθήκη που χτυπούσε σχεδόν όλο το βράδυ ενώ έβγαινε και πυκνός καπνός απο την καμινάδα. Ηταν ανησυχητικό οτι κανείς δεν ξύπνησε ούτε και οταν προσπαθήσαμε να πάμε εμείς στο κεντρικό κτίριο ούτε και μετά απο επανειλημμένες κλήσεις μας. Φυσικά αναφέραμε το περιστατικό την επόμενη ημέρα, μας είπαν οτι κανονικά χτυπάει ο συναγερμός και στο δωμάτιο της διευθύντριας και δεν ξέρανε τι συνέβη παρόλα αυτά κανένας δεν απολογήθηκε που εμείς πληρώσαμε 300 ευρώ τη βραδιά για να μείνουμε ξύπνιοι όλο το βράδυ και να κυνηγάμε τα μικρά παιδιά μας την επόμενη μέρα.Ελπίζω να έχουν βελτιωθεί τα μέτρα ασφαλείας.Εμείς επίσης αισθανθήκαμε κάπως άβολα με τις παρατηρήσεις του προσωπικού στο κυρίως σαλόνι προς τα παιδιά. Συγκεκριμένα παίζαμε κάποιο επιτραπέζιο αλλά μας έγινε παρατήρηση οτι έπρεπε τα παιδιά βασικά να μην κουνιούνται γιατί ενοχλούν τους ανθρώπους απο κάτω που κάνουν σπα και που όπως μας είπε είναι παλιό το πάτωμα και ακούγονται τα πάντα κάτω. Οπότε αναγκαστήκαμε να περνάμε πολύ χρόνο στο δωμάτιο. Νομίζω το ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να αποφασίσει τον χαρακτήρα του όταν είναι στην μέση του πουθενά, αν δηλαδή είναι φιλικό προς τις οικογένειες χωρίς φυσικά αυτό να θεωρείται οτι τα παιδιά δεν σέβονται τα όρια και των υπολοίπων αλλά τα παιδιά δεν μπορούν να μείνουν ακίνητα. Η να απευθύνεται σε ενήλικες χωρίς παιδιά και να γίνει retreat spa κλπ.

Die Anfahrt war schon abenteuerlich, da noch die Strasse über Kerasia vom letzten Unwetter zerstört war, aber das Ankommen war herrlich. Eine wundervolle Anlage. Wir waren in einem alleinstehenden Bungalow, einfach toll und die Einrichtung ein Traum. Das Personal ist total nett, freundlich und zuvorkommendl!!! Auch der Haushund! Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen ein Traum. Wir hatten von unserem Aufenthalt leider nur einen Tag Sonne und der Rest war Regen, tja Wetter halt, aber das hat den Aufenthalt nicht langweilig gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Καροδρομος εντελως ο δρομος για το ξενοδοχειο.Μας επιασε λαστιχο πεφτοντας σε μια λακουβα .Ακαταλλημος δρομος για συμβατικο αυτοκινητο για ενα ξενοδοχειο με 180 ευρω τη βραδια.Εαν δεν φτιαξουν το δρο.ο δεν προκεται να παμε ποτε.Απορω με τις καλες κριτικες

Ξεκινησαμε για το Μοντανεμα για να δουμε εαν εχει δωματιο καθημερινη κ βλεπουμε ενα δρομο 6 χιλ.χαλια Βλεποντας τις καλες κριτικες ειπανε ας παμε.Με συμβατικο αυτοκινητο κ παθαμε λαστιχο.Στην ερημια αντε να βρεις βουλκανιζατερ.Απο Μητροπολη λιμνης Πλαστηρα ηρθανε κ μας πηρανε .Πληρωνεις 180 ευρω τη βραδια για να σπασεις το αυτοκινητο?ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ.ΑΠΟΡΩ ΜΕ ΤΙΣ ΚΑΛΕΣ ΚΡΙΤΙΚΕΣ.Δεν θα παμε εσν δεν φτιαξουν τον δρομο.Περιττο να σας πω η απαντηση του ξενοδοχειου ηταν:εμας οι πελατες μας ποτε δεν ειχαν προβλημα.Σας παραθετω και φωτογραφιες!

Μοναδική εμπειρία! Απολαύσαμε τη φύση, την ησυχία, full unplugged!!! Απολαύσαμε το διάβασμα, την απαλή μουσική, την υπέροχη θέα, το καταπληκτικό και πλούσιο πρωϊνό και την εξαίσια κουζίνα με τα υλικά που τους δίνει η φύση! Συγχαρητήρια στον ιδιοκτήτη και στους ανθρώπους του! Ευγενικοί, πρόσχαροι και με αληθινό ενδιαφέρον να σε εξυπηρετήσουν ώστε να περάσεις αξέχαστες διακοπές! Σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε το συντομότερο!!!

Μείναμε στο Montanema οικογενειακώς. Καταρχάς, ενώ τα παιδιά είναι σε ηλικία νηπίου, είχαμε κάνει ένα λάθος στη κράτηση και το δωμάτιο είχε ετοιμαστεί να υποδεχθεί βρέφη. Παρά το λάθος μας, το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό και στο να διαμορφώσει το δωμάτιο διαφορετικά, αλλά και στο να προτείνει άλλες λύσεις. Ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου είναι πραγματικά μαγικός. Ακόμα καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες, με μεράκι και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια, με προσεγμένα και άνετα δωμάτια. Όλη η ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου είναι υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, χωρίς εξαίρεση όλοι μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε όμορφα. Επίσης, οι δραστηριότητες που προσφέρονται, ιδίως για επισκέπτες με παιδιά, θα γεμίσουν πολύ όμορφα τον χρόνο τους. Γενικώς από την ώρα που φύγαμε σκεφτόμαστε το πότε θα καταφέρουμε να επιστρέψουμε. Θα το πρότεινα πάντως ιδιαίτερα σε όσους θέλουν ηρεμία και επαφή με τη φύση.

We went to Montanema Hand made village last weekend. We are a family with three kids. We had a two bedroom house with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. As we arrived in the house we were amazed by the view, the size of the bedrooms and also one of them was a master bedroom with its own fireplace and bathroom. The food was of a very high quality, prepared with organic products and as a mother and a person that cooks a lot I could taste and enjoy the freshness of their milk,honey, hand made pasta, local meat, delicious eggs, marmalade for breakfast, home made cake, freshly brewed coffee etc. Really organic products. They also make their own soap bars and liquid soap/shampoo and when I used them-they smelled lime honey! The location is right near the forest, the view is breath-taking and there are various activities for the children and adults such as cookies baking for the little once and guided forest walking tours for big and small enthusiast. The indoor pool and spa is not allowed for children but the in the outdoor pool in summer everyone is welcome.In general the children are so bizy with the activities that had been organized by the hotel and also my children was playing with the dogs , on the swings, they've visited the little farm on side that the day was gone before we knew it. One thing potential visitors should keep in mind is the 4km sort of off road before you arrive at the settlement but for us it was a part of the adventure, nothing strenuous, we were perfectly fine with our Nissan X-trail and the children got even mire expected. I've learned about this hotel from a mother's page on Fb and I highly recommend it to everyone who wish to explore Greece!

Montanema offers its visitor the perfect escape for true relaxation. A unique pristine location, in a fir forest, with wonderful views. The interiors of the houses offer privacy and warmth. The food is locally produced, cooked with mastery. After dinner, you can enjoy a late cup or mountain tea by the big fireplace. In the morning, the easy hike by the river reconnects you with unspoilt nature. The spa and massage were the highlight of the relaxation, one of the best I have ever had. The staff's friendly service made the stay just perfect. We stayed over a weekend and felt as refreshed as if we had been away for a week.
