Certes ce n'est pas le plus moderne des hotels mais les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Idéal pour une étape rapide avnat de monter en station. Un petit plus spécial pour l'automate qui permet de récupérer ses clés tard le soir.

Absolument scandaleux! 234 € pour une chambre sale , à la moquette entièrement tachée et avec une salle de bain insalubre! Chambre 110...à éviter à tout prix!!!! Comment des hôtels comme celui ci peuvent-ils être encore ouverts????

A very basic hotel, minimally staffed, functional. Worn-out and dated decor. Next to train station and train tracks, and the trains run all day and night. Surprisingly good breakfast. Also, on a Sunday night, there was only ONE restaurant in the entire town open.

L'hôtel est situé en bord d'une voie ferrée, mais le trafic étant calme la nuit, pas de soucis de bruit. A proximité, moins de 5 mn à pied, plusieurs restaurants. Et tant mieux car le Welcome ne fait plus restaurant, juste un bar. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres nécessiteraient d'être refaites, moquette usée, éclairage de la salle de bain trop sombre. A noter que les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, juste un ventilateur.

Un accueil chaleureux comme on aimerait en avoir dans tous les hotels. Le "patron" a été au petit soin pour nous, et nous a surclassés en nous proposant spontanément une chambre supérieure avec une meilleure orientation en raison de la canicule. Chambre impeccable, avec un grand lit et une très bonne literie. Nous avons passé une nuit dans un calme olympien. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et complet. Nous recommandons à 100%

The word restuarant needs removing from the title as along with a lack of staff while we stayed there was no restuarant to speak of to eat in the evening - one of our key reasons for booking. The hotel held two rooms worth of stay plus a deposit when we arrived. We paid when we left, and they then proceeded to take the upfront held payment and deposit too. After complaining we received some of our money back but less all the commission fees and bank charges so we are now £58 down, the hotel hasn’t responded to our complaint, and will now have to go through our bank to file a chargeback claim which will end up costing them a further £80-£100. 1 room was OK, the other had no shower head holder to have a shower (the other did) and was very tired. Parking outside was good and free. Only time I will be visiting again is when I am next passing soon, to demand my money, which funnily enough happened one morning when a previous guest walked in demanding his deposit back too!!!

N’attendez aucun geste commercial si vous annuler plus de 3 jours avant votre réservation,payée lors de la réservation, avec un tarif « sans remboursement ». J’ai déjà annulé des réservations de ce type ( sans remboursement), j’ai toujours été recredité partiellement et une fois entièrement car la chambre avait été « relouée « . Mais c’était un autre hôtel….

Personne en réception pour accueillir les clients. Dommage! a première vue, la chambre est sympa et pour un deux étoiles, il y a beaucoup de produis d'accueil ainsi qu'un plateau de courtoisie. Mais surprise en ouvrant le lit, on voit nettement que les draps n'ont pas été changés. Bien tirés pour faire l'effet du propre mais on remarque bien les faux plis sur le drap de dessous. les taies d'oreiller sont également celles utilisées par le client d'avant. Le froissage et l'odeur le prouvent également. Bien sûr personne pour se plaindre car l'on récupère les clés dans un distributeur donc si l'on prévoit de payer en chèques vacances, c'est rapé! Chambre mal isolée, on entend vraiment tout ce que les voisins font et disent. et bien sûr, on sent l'odeur de cigarette dans le couloir. Pas de restauration possible le dimanche. Encore dommage! Nous ne reviendrons pas lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

We rented the function room here - it was spot on. Really well equipped for our training course. The hotel sorted us out with what you'd expect and then left us alone to do what we wanted to do. They allowed us to use all areas of the hotel withuot hesitation. Coffee machine in the room we hired was well stocked and the lunch they prepared for us at their sister hotel was just great. Super efficient from start to finish. Thanks Jeremy ad the team. We are planning to have next years course there too.
