Hotel that deserves a complete refresh in terms of rooms.

J ai passé une nuit dans cette hôtel il y a deux jours odeur désagréable dès l’ouverture de la porte la table ou ce qui sert de bureau la planche est gondolé par l’eau qui a du s infiltrée dedans la finition de la planche a sautée beurk les coin sont dégoûtants franchement les prix sont imbattables peut être mais la qualité du produit est à revoir ça mérite vraiment un bon rafraîchissement un bon décapage décrassage et une nouvelle peinture les rideaux de douche beurkkk et pourtant complet parceque rien d autre autour comme hôtel bref a fuir si autres possibilités

I wanted to reserve 5 rooms at this hotel but I was never able to contact him. I think it is closed, probably due to renovation. In fact, I stayed there last year and noticed how dilapidated it was.

the room smells musty. The paintings are old. Flushing problem. Towels were still damp. The cleaning was not done. For breakfast we didn't have any bread on Sunday (only white bread and crushed industrial brioche) on Monday there were 3 pieces of bread at 7:30 a.m.!!!! we complained and were told that we must not waste the bread so it is put in a trickle. the coffee machine was not working so we complained and after cleaning we had undrinkable coffee. There was no more orange juice on Monday. Not recommended as a hotel.

dirty hotel smell of dust and tobacco the sheets are old not clean the cleaning is not done broken toilet flush shower mixer and sinks work poorly hotel too old no receptionist the automatic terminal barely works in short a disaster!

There was no soap in the dispenser which is not great with covid apart from being able to shower properly. The toilet didn't flush well. The towels had marks. The only strong point is the bedding

Good value for money. Comfort that meets our expectations. A slightly aging establishment which could use a bit of a makeover. The welcome image does not really correspond to that of Mouroux.

Wishing to stay as a family with 2 children, obligation to take 2 rooms. The general exterior condition of the hotel did not inspire any confidence, neither my children nor my wife wanted to sleep without my presence in the room. Improvising on the spot, by transforming a 3-bed room into a 4-bed room, we were able to spend the night together. So paying for two rooms to use only one in the end, in short... A rather strange night... noises from construction upstairs, random cleanliness, non-existent soundproofing and so on... J I have however stayed several times in establishments of the brand without any problems, this one, on the other hand, is first class only in name...
