As always, excellent value, service was great, safe area, close to light rail.

It's a motel 6 so you can't expect much but for the price I expected more. Took 20 mins of driving back and forth to find our room then had to walk up several flights of stairs once we finally found it. All guests need to show ID. They won't let you check in even 10 mins early. And it's the same price or more than other hotels with breakfast and kind staff. BUT the redeeming factors and why I booked an addition night are that it had a full fridge and separate freezer, a stove top, coffee maker, microwave, pots and dishes and the room is big and nice (if you don't look too deep into the corners and details) Smoke alarm is not hooked up and the battery is missing, so that's sketch. Heater didn't work right at all, kitchen only had cold water and no soap to wash dishes. The TV is big, lots of outlets and lights and USB ports. It's a comfortable stay. If you aren't expecting much you'll be pleasantly surprised

I have stayed here several times over the years. Nice quiet location just off I-5 Edmonds exit. The rooms are clean & well supplied. However they do not allow early check-in. Which would have been helpful since after traveling all morning to get here dzn't allow much time to check in at 3pm, get ready for a formal event downtown by 5:30pm.

Terrible customer service. Rooms are basic and outdated, showers have no pressure. WIFI is the worst I’ve seen, makes working remotely extremely difficult. 100% agree with the comments on office being closed at random times and then them saying it’s open when you call the corporate number. All around bad.
